I called them to assess mold damage to a room in a rental house that I owned. it has been a busy time due to all the rain and I had trouble with companies returning my phone calls. they answered right away. Dave Mahoney was prompt and courteous. he offered suggestions and alternatives. he also did not charge me for coming out to give me the estimate whereas other companies wanted to change $ 350 just to assess. I deeply appreciated his recommendations. I would certainly use them in the future.
