Arejuvenation Med Spa

I have been working with Jean at Arejuvenation Med Spa for various treatments for several years now. She is amazing! Her work and business ethics and her attention to detail are superior to any practitioner I have ever worked with in skincare. She genuinely cares about her clients and their results, and will go above and beyond to ensure your complete satisfaction. She is expert in so many treatment protocols and services and offers a wide and comprehensive array of service options, to address most skincare needs. I have been beyond pleased with my results with Jean and her staff. Furthermore, I trust and respect her implicitly, and she never tries to oversell /​upsell you while you are there for service, which I really appreciate. I cannot recommend Arejuvenation Med Spa, Jean, and her staff, highly enough!

I’ve been going to see Jean for just about two years. The service Jean and her staff provide is exceptional. Everyone is professional, friendly and truly caring. The environment is calm and relaxing. I run my own business so having a place to go where I get trusted and reliable care, along with a break from my hectic day, makes the experience worth every penny. Jean has an extensive knowledge base of not just skincare, but overall healthcare and she openly shares this information with her clients. With all the misinformation out there it is a bonus to get tips about health and skin care from someone I trust. I also love that there is never a hard sell when I’m at the spa. I feel that I’m getting just the right amount of skincare for my current needs. As those needs change, I trust that I will continue to get honest advice on what will work best for my skin.

The facials here are excellent but DO NOT get permanent makeup done here! Terri is neither competent nor professional. I had eyeliner applied and it was very uneven, far more on the left lid than the right. Terri agreed it was uneven and should be corrected and she would be happy to do that for an additional $ 175! I was actually expected to pay to correct her shoddy work. I walked out. I would rather pay someone else, who knows what they’re doing, to correct Terri’s poor work than pay her more money and risk it still not being right.
I have been a regular facial customer here for a long time and I’m very very disappointed in this terrible customer service.

I always trust I’m in good hands here. Knowledgeable, caring, reasonably priced. Jean is passionate about what she does and it comes across in her services. I highly recommend her.

I love this spa. I have been going here for a few months to get my eyebrows tinted. I have seen Donna and Jean they are both super nice and do a great job. The receptionist Vanessa is also very polite. It’s a very clean place nice and quiet.
