My rating has nothing to do with the food. It’s fast food, if you are coming here you know what you are getting. However the staff is completely useless, taking way to long to perform simple duties including taking your order. Once you actually get your order taken, on a Sunday with no line ~10 mins, you are lucky if you get your order complete and correct. I typically only come here with my parents /​grandparents to see them, and with 6 people we have yet to receive all of the items that we ordered as well as having to return items to them due to the lack of ability to make it as ordered. I understand that these are not people making great money but at the same time put some effort into your job, and provide a quality service, at least provide a service that is being paid for.

Wow what a disappointment this location has been the last couple visits. Tonight on the way back from the movies hit there and the guy in the drive thru wanted to charge more then the listed price on the menu. Then when we called Jose (yes that’s his name) on this issue he suggested that we go some where else. So we did went to Wendy’s just around the corner and had a way better trained staff member take our order and fill it correctly. So thanks Jose for suggesting that we go some where else the pretzel Burger was great. Oh and as long as that Jose is working at Burger King Me and my Family will not be back. Oh did I mention that I was with the wife and 8 year old kid.

Nice staff… Food. Eh. Rough stuff! Ordered there $ 1.00 bacon stack. Topping were good, but I kid you not… Burger was the size of an old half $ coin. Guess thats what I grt for a buck, but won’t be back…
