DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They showed up late and blamed me for giving them the wrong address even though it was on the contract. They didn’t have the unicorn costumes I ordered, had confirmed via email and phone and had already paid the up-​charge for. They made cheesy horns out of vinyl and tape, left when we were inside opening presents and initially refused any refund. My guests said Nicole (the owner) was extremely rude as well. I have filed with the BBB to sort things out. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!
