We recently had a electromagnet solenoid go out on our 20 year-old sprinkler system. Called DBC and spoke with the staff, who said they likely had the part. Stopped in this past Saturday and they had a older used part exactly what we needed. The staff was not only knowledgable, but very professional and Friendly. When I need parts, I know I can rely on DBC. Being it was used part, we were greeted with a NO CHARGE for the day… They know customer service. We were able to fix the solenoid and get the system back up and running in less than a ½ hour. Saved ourselves about $ 75 or more from a service. Thanks guys!
