Called Drainaway at the suggestion of my plumber, after a small flood in the downstairs shower. They came promptly. It turned out, as I suspected, that ice had formed in my crawlspace during the cold weather, blocking the drain – a temporary problem. As there was nothing for the Drainaway person to do after he tested my system and found no problem, he left, after kindly agreeing not to charge me for the visit.
Amazing! I will certainly use them when I do have a problem, and will recommend them to others.
