The good news about this store is that it is very clean and well stocked, which I find admirable compared to other GameStop locations around the state and country. The game walls are always easy to navigate, and are always in good shape. However, every time i’ve called to inquire about a promotion, i’ve been met with negativity from nasty sarcastic atittudes to annoyance. I understand that they must recieve these inquiries quite a bit, but that gives employees no excuse to be rude and short. Their attitudes suck. Being one of the very few video game retailers that Longmont has to offer, you have no choice but to play ball with them. In store, the majority of Gamestop’s crew will be continually unhelpful if you choose not to preorder any future titles. Attitude is a big part of a customer service experience, and quite a few of Gamestop’s employees are the most annoyed of the bunch. This store has turned me off from shopping at their location unless it’s absolutely necessary.

I work retail myself, and I know it’s difficult to maintain a positive and friendly attitude throughout your shift. Dealing with people is tiring, but that doesn’t excuse the consistently irritable and unhelpful attitude of almost every employee here. I recently had to exchange something, and the employees there were obviously annoyed. They are also regularly incorrect on the information they give about upcoming releases, etc. This I don’t mind nearly as much as their bad attitude.
