Hancock Fabrics

Great selection, friendly staff, and so many fun things to choose from! My daughter is a sewer, knitter, crafter, quilter, and I can always find gifts and things for her here.

I haven’t been in a Hancock in years, but the smell brought me right back. I had always assumed it was just that particular store, but that same weird chemically smell was here, too! I can’t explain it.
Hancock Fabrics is probably better for finding upholstery and home dec fabrics than anything else. They have a very basic selection of special occasion fabrics and quite a few quilt fabrics. There was a HUGE stock of polar fleeces. They do not carry much in the way of craft goods, but they do have a small selection of yarns and beads. They carry patterns, and lots of little gift type items and home décor.
Whoever designed the parking lot was insane, but smart where it counted. There’s a Dollar General and a Tuesday Morning right next door!

Great off cuts and remnants section.
Long lines.
Mess of a store.
Good prices.

They have a good selection of fabric, notions and supplies.
Avoid early morning hours, you’ll wait a good amount of time to get fabric cut.
