By far the best customer service I’ve had from any restaurant or business establishment for that matter. I told the delivery driver that was the best service with a smile I’ve had in a long time. I almost wanted to assault the driver with hugs for making my day. I immediately called the store to speak to another person who was super nice and helpful gave me the drivers name(Andy). Don’t believe everything you read these guys deliver to me couple times a week and every interaction is awesome and FAST! Great food great service and surprised anyone’s experience is different.

Apparently their idea of fast is different than mine. Ordered at 7:35pm and order arrived at 8:14pm. Bout 45 minutes, could of ordered a pizza in that time. I can’t see a Sunday evening being super busy. The sandwich was really good, the pickle was sliced in ¼’s like I requested. The Coke seemed a bit flat. If the delivery had been quicker I could see this review being a 4 star review. Just another case of good product, customer service needs to be stepped up.

Ok that was actually freaky fast delivery! I submitted the order at 12:17 and they arrived at 12:25! I didn’t even have enough time to throw the dog out back so she wouldn’t bark! Super nice guy who delivered as well! Thank you!

We had Jimmy Johns delivered the other night cause we did not want to go out in the freezing temps and as always it was perfect! We ordered using their online website and it was easy to navigate, had pictures of each sandwich and it also allowed you to name each order which is great for groups. The delivery was fast(like their moto) and the driver was really friendly considering he had to get out in the freezing cold. I tried their wheat bread for the first time and it was thick and delicious. I like their sub bread but the wheat bread was a nice change.

Starbucks makes a better sandwich then this place and they don’t even make them on site. I’m obviously not a huge fan of Jimmy John’s. I heard it was a pretty good gourmet sandwich shop, so it was always on my radar. I ordered online and it was a total disappointment. Our sandwiches were extremely standard and pricey for the quality. I’ve heard so many commercials on their speedy service and my delivery experience wasn’t even close to impressive. I get pizzas from across the city in less time and I live ridiculously close to this joint. Seriously, I can literally see the plaza it’s in from my house. I pressed all the buttons and added extras for additional fees. All the good stuff, you know? I expected a huge sandwich with extra avocados. I was super wrong. It even looked like they skimped on the extras I rightfully paid for. My sandwich came out to 10 bucks and this little dinky thing came out of the bag. The whole families subs were over $ 7 each and it all looked like lame school cafeteria sandwiches. They didn’t even cut mine in half like I requested. I get bigger and far better sandwiches at Subway && this is coming from someone that doesn’t even like Subway! After that let down, I don’t think I’ll be back. I’ll just keep it pushing and spend less money on a crazy good sammie a few doors down at Starbucks. So sad.

it’s a chain sandwich joint. It’s not special, but it’s decent. More importantly, it’s FAST. Delivery can take less than 10 minutes. Even in the store, there’s never a line like other chain sandwich stores it’s just fast. You can get select your bread, or if you low-carb, you can get it as a unwich. No bread, and they wrap it in lettuce. Deal of the century. In a hurry, tired of burgers, this is a good place.

Big fan of Jimmy Johns. Food is always consistent. Was excited when this one opened. Been there 5 or 6 times and have to ding it for customer service. Put kids in charge with no concept of customer service and you’ll have problems. Should find some adults to put in charge who can take care of customers and let the kids make the sandwiches. Probably will never return to this location.
