We went there today and were very disappointed. If you go there, don’t go there on a weekday. There was nothing we could do on a Monday. The petting zoo, pony rides, and carnival rides are all outsourced for the weekend only. We got to watch the goats and pick out a pumpkin! That’s it! The girl in the gift shop was very nice and apologized to us because we couldn’t do anything. She gave our granddaughter a pumpkin to paint because she felt bad for us. Kind of a funky place. Just don’t go on a weekday!

Perfect for families with little ones! We just left this pumpkin patch and my 11, 8, and 16 month old girls had a blast! Affordable, fun, and not crowded! !! Tons of pumpkins to choose from, rides, snacks, and lots of photo ops. Staff was all super friendly! We will be back!

Worth the drive from Denver Easy to get to They had the best selection of pumpkins I have ever seen. SO many to choose from, and big ones too! I was surpised at how many they had considering it was 5 days before halloween. Lots of fun for the kids, little train, petting zoo, pony rides, refreshments, Good parking, not too far a walk from the car. They even supply wagons to move your pumpkins and kids around.

I read the reviews on my way up and was nervous about what we would find, but it was worth the trip from Denver. No charge to get in and great for little kids with a hay bale maze, corn stalk trail, petting zoo, pony rides and jumpy houses. It was low key and not too crowded. The best part was the store with all the Colorado products including apple butter, carmel corn nuggets, hot apple cider, and bing cherry cider jelly.

We went to this place after Anderson Farms and that’s a mistake. It’s like the Walmart of Pumpkin Patch’s but without a pumpkin patch. If you’re expecting a hayride to the patch to pick your pumpkins then Anderson Farms is the place. The kicker was 2 dollars for my kid to be in a bounce house for what seemed like 4 minutes.

This is one of the most depressing places I have been to in awhile. Don’t do it. It is like beverly hillbillies meets the circus.

More a mini-carnival than a «patch». If you’re looking for the old fashioned horse drawn hay cart with fields of pumpkins on the vine as a backdrop this is not your place. If, however, you want pony rides, inflatable jumping castles, slides, straw maze, hay maze, toddler’s train with pumpkins on the side, this is where you want to be. Right off the highway surrounded by parking lots, so don’t expect any sort of ranch vibe. But they do have a shop with some fruit and veggies and gourmet food products(honey, apple cider, etc). You need to purchase tickets for the rides and the line can be quite long, so make sure you only have to stand in line once. To get here, we drove past a portable wild game meat preparation van(would love to Unilocal that one!), so pretty far out there. Which leads me to wonder if there is somewhere nearer to Denver with the same amenities?

Visiting a pumpkin patch around Halloween is a family tradition. Finding a pumpkin patch that provides incredibly tasty cider is an added bonus. The Rocky Mountain Pumpkin Ranch is a great little spot off the beaten path with tons of pumpkins, squash, ciders, rides and games for the kids, you name it. And it’s really affordable! If you go, you absolutely have to try the cider they squeeze on the premises. It is some of the tastiest stuff to ever have crossed my lips. No kiddin’.
