My hair was ponytail length… I wanted to go in to cut the back short; note. THE BACK. I like to spike it! Also wanted to trim my bangs, as they now went to my lips. Needless to say, they messed up bad… See profile picture to see how short. They messed up the bangs so bad we had to scrap it all. Not to mention they did the back WAY shorter than I approved. It was about an inch long when I said «Okay». It was originally about a centimeter long by the time I saw them trimming the top/​back part of my head.
I had to go back TWICE to get my hair fixed. Only saving grace to give it two stars? Corporate sent me a Gift Card when I complained; Even though they never DID refund me in the first place, even though I went back twice. Never going again, don’t know what to do with this gift card.
And before anyone thinks, «Well, you get what you paid for»… This is a business. Not a toddler going at it excitedly with scissors. That bad.
