I go here for the bread. As good as what I used to get at Gunbarrel Deli in Boulder, which is now closed because the owner was not customer or employee friendly. Anywho, back to Snarf’s. The Longmont location is not the greatest place to eat so we get it to go. Did I mention the bread is to die for! Also, I like jalepenos on my sandwiches, so I get their hot peppers. A little weird, but I deal with it. Overall the sandwhich is a 9.9 out of 10. If they would just grill the inside of the bread with olive oil I would give them a perfect 10. Seriously, try that at home. Slice your bun open with a good bread knife, then drizzle olive oil on the face of the bread, and grill it in a seasoned cast iron pan — you do have a seasoned cast iron pan right? It will make your really good sandwich great! And go to Snarf’s if you haven’t been. They also have a new location in the Gunbarrel area between Niwot and Boulder.

Popped in here over lunch today. This was my first time at Snarf’s, and the place was quite busy, pretty much every table was taken, and lots of sandwiches being made by the staff. I ordered the Italian to-go, and was out the door in 5 minutes. Very friendly staff, quality food. Felt like a mom-and-pop version of a Potbelly Sandwiches, highly recommended!

My favorite sandwich place in Longmont the staff is super friendly an there’s always good music playing when I go in.

Good sandwiches — pretty pricey though, especially since the food doesn’t come with drink or chips… But we obviously order from here every time we want sandwiches.

This place is pretty yummy… However totally not worth the wait. Both times I’ve been I have had to wait at least 15 min for them to make a sandwich. How does it take that long? When I went in yesterday, I was picking up a sandwich for my brother who had ordered online. The email said it would be done at 6:45, and when I showed up at 7, they had no recollection of there even being an online order. Anyway, had to wait for them to make it, blah blah blah, never going back. Just not worth it.

This place is awesome. The food is very good. Very similar to places in California like, «which wich» and«cesti bon». MUCH better than«silver mines subs»(where we will never be going ever again because they got our order wrong, forgetting 3 of 6 requested toppings on one sandwich alone.). Snarfs got the order correct. They toast all their subs automatically, but you could probably tell them not to if you don’t want it that way. They were efficient and got our sandwiches out fast. We were a group of 7 and there were even people in front of us and we got our sandwiches ordered and received in under 15 minutes. It would be nice if they had other toppings like pesto and cucumbers. I ordered the veggie, which had provolone, sprouts and avocado and then I had them add artichokes and portobello mushrooms for an additional fee but it was super yummy. My husband ordered the french dip and he said it was really good too. Even the picky eaters in our group finished all of their sandwiches & wished they ordered the larger sandwich to take some home for later. We would definitely go back again & of course recommend this place to anyone. They have gluten free options and they have low carb options I like salads. They also sell soups and desserts like cookies, brownies & ice cream.

The Italian is WAY too oily, the bread is over toasted for my taste. My gums always tend to feel sore after eating one of their sandwiches, it’s just too toasted! Their workers need a better attitude, smile, crack a joke, laugh. Do something that shows an emotion that isn’t boring, lazy and tired.

Constant Craving. Ever since I moved to Boulder County, 9 years ago, I been treating myself to Snarf’s Turkey and Italian subs.

Always a YUM on the food here but $ 13 for a GF7″ is expensive

the 3 stars are for the food, but i would give negative stars for the service. Holy crap it is inefficient. don’t come here if you’re on a timecrunch. 20 minutes to make a sandwich? not like they had one person making it either. there were 3 guys and then one guy running around putting catering together. still, was it worth waiting for? i dont know… is getting heartburn because you took too long on your lunch and had to inhale your sandwich in a hurry worth it? i think not. i’ve been to other snarf’s in the state that had a much more tolerable wait time. at least the food was consistent, but man… call in your order next time if you ever go to the Longmont one

First of all, it’s just a sandwich. But it’s a pretty damn good sandwich. The family sticks with turkey and I try a variety and each time it was the sort of sandwich that hit the spot. Melted cheese and grilled it hits the spot but it does lose a star because the toppings seem a bit limited.

When this place opened it was pretty good. Recently however it has gone downhill. I have to agree with a recent Unilocaler about screwing up your sandwich. We ordered two sandwiches and both were made wrong. Management needs to show up once in awhile and make sure everyone is trained and paying attention.

Delicious sandwiches!!! Warning: the wait time for a sandwich at lunch can be ridiculous! I only go if I have plenty of time and a friend to sit and wait with me.

This place is snarfin’ good. Too cliché? Perhaps. But really, this place is pretty darn good. Toasted bread(although a bit heavy), friendly waitstaff, and great tasting meat/toppings. How good, you might ask? I would normally never order a veggie sandwich. I’ve ordered the veggie multiple times on multiple occasions. Straight win. But really, my colleagues and I have tried so many of their sandwiches(italian, rotisserie chicken, buffalo chicken, veggie, prime rib, veggie, etc.) and none of them have«missed». The only complaint that someone could possibly have is that the 7″ sandwich runs about 7.85 for a «regular» sandwich and maybe 9? for the«specials». Overall, pretty legit sandwich spot though and definitely worth eating. The wait times may get a little long during the lunch hour, but it’s only because they make each sandwich fresh while you wait!

Snarfed a 12″ roasted chicken with a buddy. Love the bread, love the selection of sandwiches. I could possibly snarf everyday.

Did I like Snarfs? Yes, it was a pretty decent sandwich… but…I found it over priced. And then I found it not so good when my stomach was doing back flips while I was trying to take a 4 hour timed CPA exam(my last one, pass or wait until Oct to retake and like $ 500 later) so that sound and need to run to the bathroom a few times in a place with one toilet was to say the least: interesting. I can’t totally say it was Snarf for the belly ache, so I’ll still go with 3, but the belly was fine until about 45 mins after sandwich eating time…

Snarf’s has expanded outward from its humble roots to have a handful of restaurants across the Denver area. So if you know and like Snarf’s, you’ll like this one too. What makes Snarf’s distinct is probably the hot peppers most sandwiches default to include, and the fact that they have some pretty surprising choices like prime rib, a veggie sandwich with sprouts, and stuff like a cobb salad. You can’t go wrong, but my favorite continues to be the artichoke, provolone, and feta with hot peppers, spicy mustard, and the joy that always accompanies eating at Snarf’s.

Eaten at this location and the one in Boulder. I’m now a fan. High quality stuff, bread reminds me of New Orleans PoBoy bread. Love their peppers, nice spice and great flavor. If they did better sides, like their own chips or something special I’d give them 5 stars.
