Loved!!! my hair cut from here but sadly, my girl (Kendra) moved away and I’m afraid to try someone new. Great value for the cut and she was attentive to my needs and a very good communicator.

Lucia is the best !! My wife will only let Lucia do her hair. She has a great personality and is awesome at what she does.

Sonia has been highlighting my hair for 6 years and I won’t let anyone else make me blonde! She is professional, well trained, caring, efficient, and fun to talk to. I love what creativity and passion she brings to her work. She’s the real deal!
Rachel is my stylist extraordinaire. Short hair is one of her specialities, and she keeps me looking fresh and sassy. Very talented and so much fun to be around. I love her eye for detail and expert cuts. I always feel cared for and fabulous with her!

Such a cute place, and when I walked in the employees were very friendly. But sadly it went down hill from there. They have you go into a low light small room and lay on a flat uncomfortable table. I quickly realized that the beautician would continuously dip the same wooden wax applicator into the wax and onto my brows. For those of you who don’t know: this is very unsanitary as bacteria can transfer from costumer to costumer. Then, after the waxing was done (poorly, it looked the same as when I came in), she didn’t remove the excess wax, leaving my brows and the area around it sticky. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I had my first visit yesterday at Studio Boom, for a cut with Meghan Audley. She was wonderful! She listened to exactly what I was looking for, and it was probably one of the best haircuts I’ve ever received. Also, prices are very reasonable (in fact, I think she should charge more)! Thank you Meghan… I’ll be back!

I went to this studio to do a wash and blowout! Casey help me and she is awesome!!! Great and delicate. Awesome shampoo and my hair looked great. They told me when I made the appointment she is an apprentice, but she did great! By the way, this is the second time I come. All staff are really friendly as well.

I first started going to studio boom after an all over highlight catastrophe when I was 20. I am now almost 25 and will NOT go anywhere else. Caitlin saved my hair and she has been my stylist ever since. The staff always dresses really unique and cute. It’s not the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for, and I would rather have my hair done correctly for a price.

I Just went here for a quick cut and luckily they had availability. They did a great job cutting my thick and curly hair so I will definitely be back. Their prices are also very reasonable.

I have been seeing Sonia at Studio Boom for years and have highly recommended her and Studio Boom to all my friends. She is always learning new techniques, and everyone there are always friendly. She always listens to what I wanting and very creative with new ideas:) Have never been disappointed. Your awesome Sonia.

Golden Rule Prevails… Sonia is one of the most talented colorists I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. Was a really great experience coming from the east I wasn’t use to this but I found it to be very interesting and found the perfect hair stylist for me

I’ve been seeing Sonia for years, she is wonderful. She stays up to date with current hair trends by taking classes. I’ve never been disappointed in my hair color. Rachel and Katie cut my hair and they both leave my hair feeling and looking great! I recommend SB to everyone.

Worst experience ever!!! I took my kids to get a haircut and STEPHANIE was sooooo rude. As soon as she saw us she looked annoyed and it seemed like we were a burden to her. She was very unfriendly to my kids and didn’t make us feel comfortable at all, all of which is not appropriate for someone who works in a service industry. She has changed my view of the entire salon and I will not be going back there, and am going to worn friends and family not to as well. When we left she did not say thank you or thanks for coming, she simple wanted to get rid of us and have us pay. I would not recommend this salon to anyone and highly advise you not waste your money and time here.

Pricey but I like it. I over heard a couple of the other employees with a little drama but I guess that’s to be expected with a bunch of women it’s funny because they were bashing the girl that was doing my nails and she had enough grace to not even respond. Or acknowledge that she even heard them and I know she did she’s got class

Caitlyn is amazing with blonde! It is so hard to find a good «blonde» stylist and I’m so happy I found one! My cut is amazing too. Going to the salon should be exciting and fun not stressful, Caitlyn put all my fears and stress to rest. Thanks Caitlyn can’t wait for my next appointment.

I went to Studio Boom today for the first time — LOVE. LOVE. LOVE.
I was hesitant at first — I normally go to over-​priced, trendy, downtown Denver salons, but having recently moved to Longmont, I decided to try something close to home.
I called in, told the receptionist that I needed the BEST COLORIST available — she crushed it! My stylist was on-​time, never rushed, and listened to what I wanted. I needed some color rehab and she walked me through exactly what the process would be to get to what I wanted. My hair turned out SO FABULOUS; the color was amazing, and the cut was better than I had hoped. :-)

I got an ombré last week here with Stephanie. She was very nice and professional. I’m very happy with the results, specially with her customer service. Thank you!

I was referred to RACHEL at Studio Boom by a friend who’s hair I kept admiring. We both have curly hair, and I am sure the other curlies out there know that most people simply do not know how to cut curly hair no matter what they say at the front desk. It can be so bad that I finally just started cutting my own hair and going in every couple years to make sure it was even.
I felt pretty secure going to see Rachel, because, as I said, my friend’s hair has been looking consistently great.
Rachel did a really wonderful job. I think this is the best at-​salon cut I have ever had, and I have lived in several countries and large metropolises. She used a new technique for me at the salon, dry cutting of individual ringlets. She fully understood how the tightness of the curl, and shortness of the hair, is exponentially related to how much is cut off. This is the only cut where I have not felt the next day that the bones are good, but it will be right in a couple of weeks when it grows out some.
She taught me a couple new things about curly hair, which is a first, I can tell you. Very impressive.
I recommend that she put Curly Hair Specialist on her bio on the salon web site.
Personally, she was nice and down to earth. I really enjoyed her.

I don’t write reviews, I’ve gone to this place three times and have had crap service every time. At this point it deserves a review. Each time I have been there my hair has had to be dyed twice. I’ve been coloring for years and never experienced this. One time when I was in, the girl yelled at me for not telling her that their dye won’t hold in my hair. Lol. Classy when spending over 100 on a color job you yell at me because you can’t keep records. Then because they couldn’t use a color that worked in my hair they had to rush and pushed me around to other girls, and I left looking like a monster. I was embarrassed to leave the salon. I would understand this if I had ever experienced it before and it was something in my hair type but that is not the case. I never walked out of there spending less than 120.00, and I never felt pretty leaving.
Huge waste of money and I tried two girls. I will not return to this salon or recommend it.
