Best Western – Longview

I booked my reservation for staying here thru Priceline (the app), & I also had the ticket in my phone’s Passbook. It was very convenient!
I enjoyed my spacious room (1 king bed, room #310), & it was well updated. There was a great place to put my suitcase, & plenty of electrical outlets for charging my devices (phone & laptop). Also liked that they had a mini-​fridge & microwave in the room. The room was also next door to the elevator & vending machine, so I got a drink (Diet Dr Pepper) for $ 0.90. The outdoor pool looked great, with its neat waterfall, but I didn’t have time to swim or watch TV, I was just so tired.
I also enjoyed eating from the continental breakfast buffet bar. They had some good (ovo-​lacto-​vegetarian-​friendly) options! As well as plenty of space to sit & watch the morning news!

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to please us. Made my visit very pleasurable! I will highly recommend others to stay here! Breakfast wasn’t the best by any far stretch, but everything else was spot on!

For two years I have been staying approximately one time a month at this hotel. It is by far the best hotel in Longview that I have stayed at and I have tried several. The value that you receive for the price paid is excellent. The staff is the best of any hotel that I’ve ever stayed in at a hotel this price and in fact is better than many four and five star hotels that I have stayed in. Tony, has been particularly helpful on numerous occasions. However, all staff have been helpful. The management of this hotel is excellent. It is always clean and there are no odors. It is comforting to me to know that I can arrive at this hotel anytime, get good service, have a clean room and leave with no negative feelings whatsoever. It is also important to note that there is very little staff turnover and it is enjoyable to arrive at a hotel where they know your name, and you see a familiar face who is willing to assist you in anyway.

This is my second Best Western hotel stay. My experience gets better each time. The room is more spacious and the arrangement of the room is so much better. I really like the small corner where they put the fridge, microwave and coffee maker together.
Pros:
1) extremely clean and spacious room
2) huge and comfortable bed with alot of pillows.
3) fast wifi internet connection.
4) microwave and fridge.
5) great location with good restaurants situated in the same compound. They give out 10% discount voucher for Genghis Grill restaurant which is right infront of the hotel.
Cons:
Can’t think of any. :)
Stayed on 06÷12÷12 in room 205 for $ 80++.
