I’m sorry but I didn’t find the king ranch chicken spaghetti very good. Way too much cheese and not a lot of flavor. Threw it away in trash after one plate.

We love to go here when we drive to Longview
. The food is always fresh hot and good. Nothing fancy: paper plates and plastic silverware, but enjoyable nonetheless. Friendly staff and service

I was looking for some ready made chicken spaghetti to take to some family members for dinner and my husband suggested Brenda’s. I’ve never eaten there before, and man I’ve been missing out! Brenda was incredibly nice and helpful. She has a large cooler with casseroles and other take-​n-​bake foods, which is really convenient. The food itself was really fresh and oh-​so good. This is true home-​cooked food.
Since they’re open until 6:00 PM, I’ll be stopping by on my way home from work when I don’t have time to cook. So much better than other take out or fast food options in Longview. Don’t ever change, Brenda!

Wow– delicious food cooked fresh each day. A vegetable plate with hot cornbread or a special meatloaf is such a treat. I really like the take out options at Brenda’s — to take to a friend or carry home to the family.
