If pooping on their porch was a legal sport, this would be a prime location of interest. From the apathetic customer service to the smug we «are the only game in town» attitude. It is always a joy to drop into the Comcast office. I have to admit that their pricey internet is darned good. If I didn’t need the Internet for business I would stop being a Comcast Customer. Other than that I could care less about contributing to their local franchise fee. It amazes me how 13 year customers can be placed and treated as second hand citizens when compared to prospective new customers. It is also interesting that after existing and new customers there are also 3 different ways to get quoted(as long as you want to put the time into figuring out the confusing plans and layouts). There are on –line, mail promotional and the local store promotions. They are not standardized and are not honored by the other factions. Meaning… An online promotion will not be honored locally. I personally can understand why Comcast is a loathed company.

Went in to pick up new equipment for the Xfinity X1 platform. Surprisingly, this wasn’t obvious and walking into the front door was a construction zone. The office space was under construction and had moved across the hall. Once I figured that out things were great! The office space looked temporary but had 4 people ready to help. The woman that helped me was very helpful. I was given a new DVR with two new HD boxes and my bill was reduced by about $ 40 per month. Not too bad for a severely overpriced service but will take what I can get. Afterward, while walking out the front door and through the construction zone, there was a man walking in. He looked around confused and turned around thinking the office space was no longer there. I had to show him where to go. Not as obvious as it should have been for a business.

We have the worse service ever! Not just cable, but with Internet(«high speed» that doesnt work half the time) as well. Have had numerous technicians out here to «fix» the problem. Called Again today after them being here on the 1st of July still not working… I went outside looked down where all the wires were coming from the box they attached to my house… it’s hanging from the last time they were out. When I called tonight they offered me a free movie ticket — -whoopty doo… it’s probably can’t even play the dang movie without it shutting off or freezing up. For paying over $ 200.00 a month it’s a RIPOFF! Very angry at the service not the people themselves. Just a very bad service we pay for and don’t get our money worth. I should have never canceled from Direct TV and CenturyLink.
