WORST. SCAM. UNPROFESSIONAL. Those are about the only words that I can come up with. I paid for a 12 week meal plan and got a haphazard email that didn’t even make sense at first. And that was over 10 days after the purchase. I got nothing from him after the purchase. I had to follow up multiple times and all I got was«you need to wait 7 business days and Friday doesn’t count». Um what?! Once I finally got my «meal plan» email it was no formatting and hard to decipher. No foul pronouns(‘u’ is not the same as ‘you’ when conduction business), nor anything welcoming, just requirements to go buy supplements from the company that sponsors his lifting. I say scam even though he’s an actual person but that’s about all I can call it. I gave specific food preferences in a followup email to him after purchasing the meal plan. And guess what showed up in his email template to me… those food items I said I don’t eat. His response: then just do something else. How is that at all personalized?! It’s not. I really hope people see this and don’t give him money. Total waste. UPDATE: I mentioned all this to him and he agreed to refund my money and then changed him mind. Now I have to go through the bank for it.

I haven’t seen a review around about Damen Griffith so I wanted to be the first to let people know what this«Online Coach» program really is. You know that saying«you get what you pay for»? Doesn’t really apply here, unfortunately. Although this was NOT a scam(meaning the trainer actually exists and provides you some of the service you request), the customer service here is practically inexistent. If I create a PROS x CONS list, the CONS would have much, much more. The trainer is incredibly fast to answer your emails and requests PRIOR to a payment. Once you make the payment, you go to the bottom of the list, which is very annoying. I purchased the $ 14012-week program with«picture diagrams» of exercises. After the payment, I had to wait 3 days in the dark. I sent him 2 emails when he replied«you have to wait 3 business days for the payment to process», even though the money gets out of the account immediately. Well, if you had told me about this upfront I would have known better. Now this is when it gets worse: he will send you a cookie cutter, copy & paste training in one email. Text only, absolutely no format, incredibly boring and hard to read. May I remind you that if I am PAYING for the service I expect you to do all the work. If I had to regroup the training and have it in a better format(that you can go back to as many times as you want, especially at the gym when you need to consult exercises and etc), I would have done it myself. I actually had to spend a large amount of time trying to put it in a format that works for me other than scrolling through thousands of emails then finding the exact info I need from the email every time, just a big disappointment. The«diagrams» is a freaking joke. He sends you a separate email with just pictures of all exercises, and tells you to group those images to your workouts. Um, excuse me? That’s your job. Besides, if you google those exercises and you will see all the images he used as one of the first results that come up, what a lazy add-on for another +$ 50! Really, really not worth it. Not being enough, I told him nutrition would be the most important part of the program for me, even before paying. First he agreed that nutrition is «the most important part he covers for his clients» but seriously, you get a «broccoli, brown rice and chicken» kind of menu for an entire week. I asked for a grocery list(again, I am paying for him to work so I don’t have to do it) and he answered«you don’t need a grocery list? Just look what you need to eat and add up what you have to buy». What a joke this so called«online coaching» is, I feel I was ripped off based I have to do all the work. For that much assistance, you can go to and indulge yourself with tons of free training programs, meal plans to go with it and the support of a forum of thousands of fitness enthusiasts. This was supposed to be a real«coaching session» with someone that knows better. It’s been over 2 weeks since I started the program and I haven’t had a single email to check on me. 2WEEKSFOLKS. Seriously, this coach is as good as talking to a wall. BOTTOMLINE: Be advised. It isn’t a scam because it actually exists but it’s not any better. Do some research and I hope this review tells you more about his service before you’re lured in like I was.
