Ordered a cookie online… prepaid… and received the RUDEST customer service ever when I went to pick It up. Will NEVER use this location again.

This is like any other great American cookie but I have to say they seem to find nice kids to work there and they always have what you want. More than once I have stood, looking for my favorite cookie (the pizza slice sized ones, with white and brown icing) and of they don’t have any someone offers to make them. Good service for such a small space.
I have ordered birthday cookies a couple of times and they were always ready and fresh when I arrived.
Of course they are expensive. But I stop there every time I go to the mall so what can I say… Good cookies.
Fifth star when the cookies are free!
