Guidelines Fishing

My two buddies and me have fished with Bob a number of times over the last three years. Except for one time when an emergency came up, we’ve always gone fishing as scheduled. On that occasion instead of fishing in the morning as scheduled, we fish in the evening AT NO CHARGE. If the «bite» was on we caught fish! Last trip we all had several hookups. Bob has always been helpful to the point where he’s taken extra time to show us how to rig for bank fishing and told us where to fish. He loves to fish and to see his clients catch fish. We are scheduled again to go fishing with him this fall. We have no doubt he will go out of his way to find us fish.

I spent close to $ 400 not counting licenses to go on a chartered trip with this fellow. I ended up buying licenses on 3 separate occasions because he kept having to reschedule our trip. Our trip was planned in July for a September fishing date. My husband had to take a day off from work on 2 different occasions and when we finally did get to go out he didn’t even keep us out for our whole time. Also we had 2 bites. He said he would make all this mess right. We agreed. Then he told us he wanted an additional $ 100 per person because it would now be a full day trip. He did not have hot coffee, sodas, or water. He told us he had to take us in short of our 4 hour trip because he was running out of gas. In conclusion this was a robbery to say the least. Something that should have only cost about $ 500 all total ended up costing about $ 850 for nothing, and he wanted another $ 500??? I think not! I do not recommend this charter service to anyone for any reason unless you have a lot of money you’d like to waste… And in that case send it this way, I hate to give low stars to any business but this really doesn’t deserve 1 even. I think one star is being generous.
