Every time I go to Hastings no one knows the answer to any of my questions. At one time I was ask to «check my bag at the door.» My «bag» is my purse which, with me being a woman, contains all of my personal items including my phone, wallet, and medication I must have on me at all times. Of course I’m not giving my purse to a stranger. He said it had to be checked at the door because it was a «backpack.» Although my PURSE is a backpack style, it is small, black leather and expensive. My bag was completely closed up while there were other women shopping with giant purses that are much easier to sneak merchandise in than my purse that was sealed and on my back. I was profiled at the door for the way I look. I have tattoos, wear mostly black, and have stylish hair… I’m a hairdresser… And happen to own my own salon. So, obviously, I have no reason to be a their nor have I ever condoned stealing. In fact, I am so highly against lying, stealing and cheating. Yet I was humiliated and pissed off. The store is always a huge mess and smells like a dirty diaper as well. Huge disappoint considering I’ve been a customer since I was a child.

I’ve been coming here for years but there is a female employee there that is incredibly rude with absolutely no customer service skills. I had asked a male employee if a game I wanted was available because I didn’t see it on the shelf. He checked said it was and just to get in line an tell them the game I was looking for an they would get it for me. Since the shelf case seemed to b missing. I got in line after telling her what the guy told me she informed me that she wasn’t going to look for the game unless I went to the game section an found the case! I told her me and him had both looked and it wasn’t there. She then says «if you can’t find the case then I can’t find the game»!! I left and I will not be back as long as she is employed there.

It has exactly what you’re looking for. Music, books, games, movies, and rentals. When I go out looking for certain things on my entertainment wish list, I always find it here. Period.
