Ashley rules! We descended upon this place like a swarm of punk rock locusts, 20 punks 1 bartender /server… Like the hero in an old spaghetti western she picked us off like the villains that we are one by one! We all ordered both Chinese and American breakfast food. All of us left with smiles!

Mediocre Chinese food. Made mistake of ordering breakfast. Took forever to get it & missing pancakes. ½ hour later, worst pancakes I’ve ever tasted, including cooked over an open fire as a Boy Scout. Be prepared to have to wait on yourself & chase down a waitress/waiter to get food or drink in the bar area unless you’re with a group. I’m there pretty much once a week for pool league. Yesterday, I was there for an hour & a half & nobody ever came by to see if I wanted anything. Finally had to go across the street to the gas station to get a drink. Not even very busy. Passed me by plenty of times. You’d think that a place that is in business to sell food & drink would at least make sure that each customer is approached.

I will never recommend this place, staff was very unprofessional. Food isn’t that great either. Actually a disappointment.

Food is alright. Bar area seems to be really old and people that go there usually druggies. Won’t recommend.

There was not another soul in the place, this should have been our first hint! The service was exceptional, since there was no one else to wait on. The spoon that came with my soup didn’t have just a speck of food stuck to it, the spoon looked and felt like it had been used then left out to dry with the soup still on it, filthy! When our plates of food arrived, I couldn’t tell if my fork was dirty or just discolored. I was disappointed in the size of the servings, they were pretty small and the taste of the food was very bland. My husband made the comment that he hopes we don’t get sick. I will say that the food was very hot so probably killed any germs, but still yikes, dirty silverware, bland food, nope won’t be back.

This is one of the quirky gems of SW washington state. They have the most eclectic combination of old school cantonese chinese, burgers and nachos everything is mostly Americanized, It would be impossible to keep a business open on authentic chinese food. The Moo Shoo pork was actually exceptional by any standard as was the curry chicken. A couple of bonuses is cheap beer all day long as well as a full bar. worth the jaunt off I5 if nothing but to get a picture with the comical sign.

My husband and I took our kids here and they loved the food and we love the great prices. The employees were very friendly too. My husband and I have also gone here by ourselves for a «date night» and love that their is several pool tables and dart boards. Great place to go and have some good food and fun at a great price :-)

Wow Wee Wowsers… Worse Chinese food I ever tried to eat, we got a couple orders to go… Most went into the garbage… Salty isn’t the word for it… I won’t be going back!

We decided to try Hung Far Low on a Monday evening. There were 5 in our group — 4 adults and a toddler. There was a table leaving when we got there and we were the only occupied table for our entire visit. The bar seemed reasonably busy when we walked by. Due to some of the past reviews on this restaurant, I was very nervous to try it out, but my brother, who went with me, said he had eaten there a couple times and thought the food to be pretty good so I decided it was worth a try. The actual restaurant area is pretty clean. The hallway if you come in the back door is dark and dingey. Paint peeling off floor and the light was burned out or not on. Our server was very prompt and helpful, making sure we had plenty of napkins and water at all times. She advised us of a special going on that if you ordered $ 40 or more, you get free crab puffs appetizer. We wanted to eat family style. This is what we ordered: crab puffs(free), BBQ pork appetizer, Chicken Lo Mein, Almond Fried Chicken, General Tso’s Chicken and Sesame Chicken. We spent the $ 1 extra per entrée to get fried rice rather than steamed rice. Everything was really good. The BBQ pork was moist and tasted fresh. The chicken lo mein had lots of chicken in it, the almond fried chicken was pieces of chicken deep fried with the gravy over it and was very good. Sesame chicken and General Tso’s chicken were also good. The fried rice was fresh tasting and didn’t seem to be dried out at all. I definitely think we will be back!

We came here for lunch on 4.7.14& we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived shortly after opening & all the food was fresh & hot. My mom ordered the cashew chicken lunch special & I ordered the shrimp pea pod lunch special. Both items came with soup. I had hot & sour while mom had egg flour. They were both peppery & fairly tasty. My peas were crisp & not DROWNING in sauce(which I have experienced at other local Chinese places). The rice was fresh & hot — not dried out. Mom had the fried rice & says it was good. Cashew chicken could have used more cashews — she says there were only 5 nuts sprinkled on top. Hot tea was served as soon as we sat down & service was prompt, if not overly friendly.

Everyone praised this as a great restaurant. but now after ordering twice– the white rice has been dry twice– today they forgot part of our meal,(they did credit our«account» with the amount in all fairness). BUT I am not sure I am going to go there again. it definitely isn’t living up to all its praises as a good place to eat
