My favorite foods! The cashier was very sweet and energetic! The shrimp salad is very plain. I tried salt and balsamic and extra lemon dressing and pepper. I was disappointed. But their sandwiches are so good. Their regular salads are tasty. Just need spice for shrimp salad. Chocolate cake is good. Love the crab chowder.

Love this place. Tea with Splenda already in it. I’ve tried all the salads. Luke the Cobb best. Sandwiches are delish. Lobster soup and crawfish pepper jack soup are gourmet quality. Clean place with friendly staff. I keep coming back.

We went here in the pouring rain last week for lunch. The parking lot was full and the place was packed… must be a good place to eat.

The 6 cheese pimento bacon Mac @ Cheese was very good but even the entrée size was not that large… good though. The Deluxe pizza was also a good pizza to eat much better than fast food types of pizza around but not too standout either. We tried the pulled pork and roasted corn soup on this rainy day and it was if anything just okay… didn’t really care too much for it… that was all we tried today, the little condiment table had some good things to munch on and the menu looks to have several other good things to try.
The atmosphere is okay= nicely decorated and not too large an area so when it is packed like today, they seat over 100… can get loud and crowded.
You can eat here for under $ 15.
They do have fountain Diet Dr Pepper.
Our service was friendly and nice today.

Not happy with my 5 cheese pizza at all… it was over loaded with olive oil. The pizza was not edible. The service was great and the staff was very friendly but most of the food we ordered was full of olive oil dripping off it. Have been to this location a couple times and every time we go the food is mediocre at best.

First time and we’ll definitely be back. Great service, food, and really enjoyed the condiment bar. Pizza is really good, great selections, soup very tasty, sandwiches good. Also, the atmosphere is very inviting, clean restaurant, and I feel better than Jason’s and McCallister’s

The pizzas are surprisingly good. The crust is thin and flavorful plus it has a good texture. The spicy sicilian pizza is really really good but it’s a limited time thing. It’s so good that I’ll miss it when it’s gone. The five cheese with sun-​dried tomatoes is also very good. I’m a big fan of the pizzas but they have some good soups too. Also their pimento mac and cheese is excellent.
Their website is top notch and you can customize your order better than other places like this. I always order online and they are good about having it ready at the time you schedule for pick up. I have nothing bad to say about Newk’s. Good food plus fast and convenient so I’ll continue eating here regularly.

First visit here. The place is neat and clean. The personnel are plentiful, friendly and helpful. Like Jason’s Deli where you order then go sit down. The menu is mostly sandwiches, pizza and salads. I had the Italian sandwich and my wife had the chicken salad. Both were good. With two fountain drinks the tab was almost $ 22 which is a little pricy but not outrageous. Nice place but nothing special that would required the urge to go back over other restaurants.

Excellent! Great service. Very friendly staff. A lot of items on the menu we want to try. Even the drink was perfect. Thanks for great experience.

I regularly eat at this location & have never been disappointed. The food comes out promptly as ordered & tastes great. Occasionally there will be some sloppy service by half hearted employees but that’s an atypical experience.

Great food, great tasting soups. Too much bread on sandwich but some people like that. It did take quite a while to get food but taste was worth it.

They have very sketchy nutritional info. One staff said they didn’t have anything & and the other only found ¹⁄₃ of the print outs.

Ended up leaving establishment because the cashier didn’t have the patience to wait for my mother to order her food. Also this was during the most slowest time of the day with no customers. Pretty rediculous.

It’s so rare that a restaurant pries a bad review out of me… but Newk’s will never get our business. Their food is delicious and we used to get salads & soup at Newk’s twice a week, but their to-​go service has been absolutely dismal. After half a dozen bad experiences, we refuse to return. I’ve been hung up on and placed on infinite hold many times. Furthermore, they frequently run out of main ingredients for their salads, so my order has been refused, call-​back cancelled, and worse… once I showed up, PAID for our order, only to be told they didn’t have any more chicken for their salads. I was calm and polite, yet they offered no substitution and NO apology for wasting my time (25 minutes to be exact). A «manager» had to come issue my refund, and never looked me in the eye. My husband wrote an email about our experience to their online management, but hasn’t heard a thing from Newk’s in 4 weeks. I’m disappointed that a few bad employees ruined this place for me, but there are plenty of other restaurants in Longview that do care about my business.

From the atmosphere to the food everything wonderful. Fresh salad, yummy tomato basil soup. We definitely will come back

Good, fresh food. The pizza is delicious (I got the margarita) but a lowly portion size made me envious of the sandwich my aunt decided on! Overall, good and clean, and unlimited parmesan is awesome!

We call this place Pukes– undeserved but we’re guys. We do this!

‘Didn’t want to sit at my desk for lunch and needed to get out. Decided on Newks. It wasn’t a bad choice.
This store is clean, always is. The service is pretty decent and reliable.
The food has taste and is well presented. I had the Shrimp Po’ Boy and slaw. Pretty good, pretty good indeed. … If I could only have a beer with it!
Lunch is always busy here and for good reason. Clean, fast turn around and good to boot.

Love the food at Newks, everything from the ceasur salad to the margarita pizza. Prices are decent; love the newks cups! I never ate inside, I always have ordered take-​out and the service is always fast and friendly.

The food was really good, the staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I especially enjoy the Pimento Cheese! I also like how they have pickles, mini bread sticks, peppers and other things to snack on while you wait for your food. My only knock against this place was that it took a LONG time to get our food, but at least we had things to snack on while we waited.

had the pepporoni pizza and the half caesar… too much dressing on the salad. order dressings on the side. The service is kinda help yourself and that is good. I am a bit impatient anyway. The pizza was great and the caesar was really good despite too much dressing. I have had the romalade salad it is is excellet. If you are in a hurry and don’t want McBurger Queen… this would work for you.

This place reminds me a lot of Fresh Express in Dallas. The décor is very contemporary and clean, with granite table tops and a pickle bar!
We met some friends from HS here, with their kids, and the place got pretty busy around 1230 on a Saturday afternoon. It got a little loud, but heck, we had loud kids with us so who noticed?
So you probably really want to know about the food huh? Ok, here it is.
We both got a sandwich/​soup combo. I had the club (excellent) and the red beans and rice (not so excellent). The RB&R was mushy and did not have much flavor at all. The pieces of sausage were kind of tough. He had the steak sandwich (not so excellent) and the potato soup (excellent). The steak sandwich was though, and not especially appetizing. the soup, however, had an amazing flavor and was filled with nice chunks of potato.
Most every table had at least one pizza on it (except for ours) and they looked yummy — nice and thin and crispy! The salads were HUGE.
We’ll go back next time we’re in town.
