Excellent food. Everything on this menu is fantastic. The service is a little slow, but it’s worth it. Give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed

Fast friendly service. Tea– super hot and super yummy. Egg rolls– standard. Yum tho. The phở is exceptional(I had p12, lemongrass chicken). Having had phở in all major cities around the US I’d say phở Saigon comes in third place. Didn’t try much else on the menu but there is lots to pick from. Who would have thought Longview could Phở. My only complaint? The phở is a bit salty.

The food is fresh and hearty. A bowl of phở will definitely fill you up. Restaurant is clean, service is efficient, and waitstaff is very friendly and welcoming. Once your deliciously-crafted bowl of phở is in your hands, where you take the flavor is up to you. There are many different items and condiments available to put in your food, so how it tastes is really up to you. This is a great place to go when the weather gets cold. My favorite bowls are the special beef combo and the seafood combo.

Food was okay and very expensive(to add side meat ball on phở ga(chicken) xtra $ 3.50) total for medium bowl phở was $ 11.95…over priced!!! Also We got large and medium phở, the diff is more broth in large bowl. We are in Texas people not Hawaii!!!

This is our Phở stop when my husband and I come into town. We have been at least 3 times before and have always enjoyed the food. This time around I had a special surprise in my soup. I have a ritual where I fix my phở with the cilantro, mint, hoisin sauce & sriracha and then take a picture before I take my first bite. Thank goodness I noticed the **ROACH** in my soup before I was about to take a bite. You can even see it in the picture at the bottom of the bowl. Sent it back, got an apology & then left. I will not be returning.

I love Phở and the food here is really good. It’s fresh and the meat is pretty good quality. They did have a waiter who was attentive and friendly. The prices are high and, sadly, they don’t have any lunch specials, which are common at other Phở restaurants. What really made me give it only 3 stars is the good waiter is gone. The last time I was there, the waiter was inattentive and bored. Then I got my check. I ordered a plate of plain white rice and they charged me $ 4. Knowing the price of rice, this is just offensive.

THESERVICEWASHORRIBLE!!! The waiter we had was so rude and unfriendly that it didn’t matter what quality the food was, the experience just plain sucked! It’s a shame that someone like this should be allowed to work there. The guy can only be described as some middle aged white guy with an attitude. There was no one to c plain to about it. We weren’t the only ones to motice. There were two other sets of customers that said the same thing. Sorry but as long as I see this guy working there I won’t go back.

This is as good as it gets for Viet food in Longview. We always get good consistent service. I would recommend the noodle bowl dishes with fried eggroll and grilled pork. Whenever it is cold I like to order the seafood phở.

Good food. Friendly service. Nice clean restaurant. If this place happens to have a less-than-desirable Health Dept. score, don’t worry about it. There is at least one local inspector who needs validation and is on a citywide power trip.

Lunch– I’ve never been in here but I’ll try it again. Service was good, decent. Store seemed clean. Food, ok, it was good. There is plenty too. I had BN11, Chicken and Shrimp. I’d do it again. It’s Tues so it wasn’t crowded or that’s what I’m marking it up to. Cost, decent. It was worth what we got.

We’ve been coming here since they first opened a few years ago and I’ve never really been pleased. The only reason we keep coming back is because we live in Longview, TX and there are just not any other choice for vietnamese. The service is always horrible and tables are always half wiped and sticky. Tonight is the last straw and I’ll NEVER return. The only time the server came to the table was to bring us our drinks and food, he never came back to check on us. I ordered a Thai tea and it was filled ¾ of the way, I asked about that and was informed that’s how much they usually fill it. actually they did used to fill it a little more(when I say a little I’m not exaggerating). I sent the tea back there’s no way I’m paying for that drink. Then we ordered the A1 spring rolls, the wrapper on the spring rolls were HARD which means it’s not fresh! How do you serve people food like this?! Phở Siagon in Longview is not the only vietnamese restaurant I’ve been too I know better. EXTREMELY disappointment on this visit and we will NEVER return! I don’t expect good service when I go and this time enough was enough! If I could rate them NOSTARS on Unilocal I definitely would. The sad and worse part about all of this is the owners don’t even care, if you complain they’ll look at you and think you’re the problem! These owners need to get out of the restaurant business ASAP because they’ll never survive this business the way they are… Well maybe only in Longview because there are no other choices! Please take a look at the pic of the Thai tea that they brought me.

Mediocre Vietnamese place. The service was so-so and the food is ok. Nothing wrong with the food but it really didn’t impress anyone in our party. For Longview with its limited options — might be worth a try for something different.

Food isn’t that bad but also not great. What killed this place for me though was the customer service! I went in on a Sunday. Unilocal said they closed at 8PM but the door said 5PM. We walked in at 4:02. Upon walking in we were pointed to an area to sit and told they were closing in a few minutes. A few minutes? It’s 4:02!!! But whatever. We ordered our food but were very rushed by the server. We finished our food by 4:43 and the server locked the doors and left before we were even in the car. Thankfully, I’m not from here and this isn’t a place I would be obligated to go to for lack of any other competition in this town.

I always LOVED going to the Phở’s in Longview, and I was so thrilled when I discovered the one in Tyler owned by the same family. But somehow the quality of the food in the Longview Phở’s is still better. The one in Tyler is still pretty decent though. Vietnamese food is so nice on those cold, rainy days or on days where you feel like you’re coming down with a cold. Try the jasmine tea and the spring and egg rolls! I LOVE the peanut dipping sauce that comes with the egg rolls.

Glad to see this place is back on track. The quality is back up to standards. I will resume being a regular! When this place is on its game it’s the best phở I’ve had so far in Texas

Their spring rolls and phở are delicious. My daughter had basic beef phở and I had lemongrass chicken. Oh my goodness, delicious. I wish this place was in Austin. Good job, Longview!

They use great quality meat in their dishes. I love the eye of round phó and the combination fried rice.
