JG score of 3.5÷10(+1.5 for food, 0 for atmosphere, +1 for price, 0 for no Diet Dr Pepper, 0 for service and +1 for we would try it again) The food here was good. We only got the # 10 each which was called the«Tacos de Harina». This was 5 flour soft tacos and we got one each of the 5 tacos they serve. The best easily was the Barbacoa taco= very juicy and good. The others were all good as well but not like the Barbacoa. If we got tacos here again, we would get 5 of those. The other tacos included a pork taco, chicken taco, beef taco and a beef and pork combo= the Campechano. These were also good with the garnishes they included like diced and grilled onions, a pepper and parsley/or cilantro greens… Also tops on our list was the creamy green sauce from the sauce cart. This cart had several sauces from reds to brown to tomatillo to this creamy green. We tried them all and went back for 2nds and 3rds only for the creamy green. It was very good on their chips and to dip tacos in… can’t forget to mention that you get free chips if you dine in; these were cooked hard but we liked them this way. Most of the menu looked roasted chicken based and perhaps another visit we will just get the chicken and some tortillas and the creamy green sauce with some Barbacoa taco too. Almost everyone eating there was Hispanic and one Hispanic lady we work with says she really likes the chicken there too. The atmosphere was a little rough. Not sure what franchise was in this place before but now it is a little rundown inside but not scary to eat at rundown. It does have a lot of color everywhere and Mexican TV blaring from the wall. Cool window ads that you can see from the outside but see through as if not there from the inside… The price for a # 10 and drink was under $ 15. No Diet Dr Pepper. Only Diet Coke. Service was average/okay. We would go back sometime.

I just stop to the pollo regio in Longview due to visiting family, I’m from Dallas and I’m very familiar with pollo regio, I love it, but this time I didn’t got to savior what I like. After waiting 20 minutes to order, I just found out that what they do for business, they didn’t have, pollo“ How do you run out of chicken if that’s what you do??? Oh well, went to Kentucky fried chicken instead and it just took me 10 – 15 getting in and out! The big chicken ate the little chicken I guess.

This is a once-a-week stop for us. Don’t know much about anything on their menu other than the Rotisserie chicken taco meal, because I don’t need to. These tacos are on a level on their own, and consistently incredible. We feed our whole family for under $ 20. I love Regio’s.

Good food. Good service. Nice value. Complaint — Salsa bar is only for dining room guests. Why wouldn’t a business give a to-go customer 2 – 3 containers and tell us to have at it?

I figured I would try it since I pass it multiple times a day. Just got the beef soft taco, comes with onions and cilantro. Very good, lots of fat on the meat though. Lady at the drive thru was so helpful. Can’t wait to try their breakfast tacos.

Lunch with the bride. Not bad at all. Food is spiced up from the salsa bar which seemed fresh. Service was okay. The little girl was friendly and patient seeing this was our first time in there. A couple of guys behind us were wondering if we realized we were the only Gringo’s in there. We really didn’t think about it until they mentioned it. If this place was on the other end of the loop, I’d eat here more often. This was my first time in this establishment.

Huge selection of sauces. They have daily lunch specials. I had quesadillas and Mark had the pork burrito. We were the only gringos in the place. The food fresh and very good. Free drink refills. Try it if you are on this side of town.
