Lived there for 4 years. Would only upgrade the 20 year old faucets if you signed a new lease. was on the top floor. Air conditioner was horrible had to run so much to fill up the wasted vaulted ceilings. working alot I was only there to sleep and my electric bill would be north of 300 dollars. So expect that. Then after living there for 4 years I moved. They kept my deposit and also told me that I need to pay an additional 800 bucks for damages. There was no damage whatsoever. The carpets had some stains on them. well after 4 years of paying too much for this crap hole there would be some wear and tear. They reported it on my credit because I refuse to pay. Do not move in here. unless you enjoy the ghetto cause thats what it is.
