Fries are always undercooked and staff is terrible. One kid is always in a horrible mood, hates being there. He is a complete dick on the phone and just stands at the counter saying nothing. You have to tell him what you want and then he just takes your card or cash and says not one thing. Most of the time you have to ask them to turn around to see if your food is ready.

Today’s service is slow & dining area tables are left with previous customers food. Limited staff.

This wing stop is disorganized and loud. I ordered from the wingstop app on my smartphone. It said it would be ready in 30 mins so I go up to WingStop and they tell me that the app was not working thus my order had not even been placed. They offered no sorry or want to cure my frustration. I have used the app at this wingstop before and it had worked. The wings are great, but I honestly hate going into this restaurant. A microphone would really help when calling out names because of the volume of the restaurant. Will I honestly be going there again? Yes. I would feel like going more often if it was more professional though.

I just haven’t found any other wing place that compares to the Wing Stop. The consistency is what I like the best. I have eaten at other Wing Stops other than my local facility and still get the same service, and quality. That ranks high in my book.
