There is only one way to describe this place — It is a hole. Very divey local neighborhood bar. They have full bar service, pool tables and darts. Also karaōke on select nights and a Juke Box. This is the type of place where everyone knows your name. The patrons are a little rough, but if you’re looking for a laid back, blue collar place to grab a drink, this is it. Their drink prices are pretty cheap, too. Average price for a bottle of beer is $ 2-$ 3. There is one reason, and one reason only I do not like this place. They have a bar tender who is known for over charging customers. Knowing this about her the last time I was there, I kept tallies of everything my party drank. Sure enough mysteriously 10 extra drinks were added to my tab. When I approached another bar tender about it I was told that I was not accounting for my Mich Ultra’s costing more than the Bud Lites my friends were drinking. I was a bar manager for a year, and I graduated ELEMENTARY school. I know how to do math and differentiate the cost of different beer brands, especially when they have them on a board over the bar. Bottom line is she ripped me off and the establishment did nothing but defend her. I’m not going to make a federal case over $ 22, I’m just never going back. If you decide to go here pay by the drink, do not run a tab. Other than that one bar tender, the others are very friendly and attentive. This place is small and can get really smokey.

My father and I and some family friends were here this past Saturday night for a few drinks and some karaōke. I’d never been here before, but apparently it’s a semi-regular(once/month, maybe?) stop for my father and the aforementioned family friends. I don’t do karaōke, but I enjoyed watching those brave enough to sing get up & perform. My father and the others were among them. This place pretty much is a «dive» bar, though it’s not quite as crummy as some other places that people refer to as «dives.» From what I remember, there are two separate areas here; one side of the place has some tables and a billiards area, and the other side has a bar and the karaōke area. I think you can order drinks from either side, though. We sat in the area where the karaōke was being performed, so I can’t say for sure. The prices seemed to be reasonable. A bottle of Bud Light is $ 2.50, though I don’t know how much anything else is since I didn’t have anything other than Bud Light in a bottle. Since it’s a «dive,» the prices here are, I’m assuming, along the same lines as those at other«dives.» Unless you’re drinking some shots or some serious liquor, I can’t imagine a drink here would be more than $ 4-something, or maybe $ 5. Don’t quote me, though. I’ll probably be back here at some point, though I don’t know when. Maybe not for a while. If/when I make it back, I’ll do my best to update this review. For now, use your best judgment and check it out if this sounds like your«thing.»
