Back To Basic Barbershop

This is a great little barbershop with a real hometown feel. I’ve been going to see Terry for about 6 months now and he always does an awesome job. The location is convenient and easy to get to.

It was our first visit and I am impressed. I went with my husband and 2 year old son. First, my son sat in my husband’s lap and Terrence asked what kind of cut (my son has curly hair), there were no issues, my son did not fuss and Terrence did a great job.
When it came to working with my husband, he asked what he was was looking for and proceeded to cut. He used both clippers and scissors as desired. He was really worried about a beard trim– most barbers can really screw that up. He thinned it out, trimmed it up, evened it out and was very accurate with the lines. He also made sure his eyebrows were just as neat as his beard. We will be back. He is looking forward to a hot towel shave. He had been going to a very expensive «mens club barber» and found the service at Back to Basics to be just as great, more affordable, more friendly and he will be going back.
