Clubside At Sabal Point

I’ve been living here for almost 3 years now. While it’s listed on here as «Apartments», the place is actually a bunch of condos. We have a private owner that we work directly with on anything from rent to maintenance.
The grounds are pretty well kept. A lawn crew is out there once a week and there’s a maintenance crew that’s always out and about fixing whatever is needed. Every few months the place is pressure washed and repainted. There’s usually plenty of parking here. All parking areas are well lit.
I can tell you there’s a gym here, although I’ve never been to it, a pool, a tennis court, and a car wash port. The pool is pretty nice. Just be careful if you try to go to the pool after hours. There’s a bunch of cranky old people that live around it and they’ll threaten to call the cops on you, even if you’re not actually disturbing anyone.
The only downside is that some of the people that live here are pretty dumb. I’m not sure how so many people struggle with using a trash compactor. It’s pretty common to see trash piled up in front of it because people don’t push their trash all the way into the compactor, so it just builds up right in the front. The management has posted notices on everyone’s door explaining the proper usage, but people are still failing.
Overall, it’s a nice place. If you can find an open unit, it’s a cheap option for staying in a great area of Longwood.
