Fast delivery. Staff remembers my order(by caller id I guess). Food is always great. Love it for convenient, inexpensive Chinese food.

New ownership as of 2 months ago — it is now Ni Hao. Menu looks the same. Fried rice is legit. Good sized pieces of pork in the rice. Bourbon chicken was on the dry side. The nice lady subbed mixed stir fry veggies instead of just broccoli for me. Much appreciated. Parents enjoyed their moo goo gi pan and shrimp with lobster sauce.

I would give the appearance of this place one star but lucky for them the food makes up for the looks of the place. First let me say that I visited in July, at about 5pm. It was actually HOTTER inside the restaurant than it was outside! In July!!! Although there are some tables inside(as if someone might actually dine in?) the lights were off and it looked like a worker had set one of the booths in the back up as his living room with a TV, oscillating fan, food and magazines. Ok… Determined, I placed my order then walked outside to breath. Another woman was there picking up her to-go order and raved about the place. That made me feel a little better. I also noted that the«Taste of Seminole» was displayed in the window. Taste of China placed third for best Chinese. We’ll see about that! I had the Cashew Shrimp and Krab Rangoons. My husband had the Kung Pow Chicken. As we feasted at home we commented on how big the chicken pieces were and the nice assortment of veggies. Not your typical pre-packaged cabbage and carrots but carrots, zucchini, baby corn, mushrooms and of course cashews. I would pass on the rangoons next time, they were heavy on the shell and light on the filling. The place is easy to miss– it is behind the 7 Eleven on Wekiva Springs Road in the Sweetwater area. I commented on the heat to one of the owners and she said they have had they AC guy out to look at it but it is still hot. Geesh, I don’t know how they could stand to work in that! At least open the doors! As long as your not dining in I think you’ll be happy with Taste of China. The food is made fresh and served piping hot. This is probably the best strip mall Chinese in the area– and trust me I’ve tried them all!
