A great find! Cheap, clean, friendly, safe. Tile floors and comfy beds. And right next door an awesome restaurant — Sawbucks — with terrific BBQ. One floor of old-​style motel — nothing fancy but that was part of the beauty of it. Felt good to not have to drop $ 100 for an overnight on the road.

This is just a simple motel. Nothing special about it but it’s clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. They don’t offer any type of complimentary breakfast but it has a microwave and mini fridge and there are several fast food places and a Walmart nearby. The owner is very friendly. I’ve stayed here twice and will probably stay there again soon. For $ 40 cash, you can’t beat it.

DONT FALL FOR THE GOOD REVIEWS LIKE MY FAMILY DID. We showed up late and got the cheap room and when we opened it the floors were dirty, the room smelled bad and the toilet didnt work. This place was not fitting for a family so we immediately asked for a refund, which they have yet to give stating a whole number of excuses. Unless price is your only determining factor spend the extra 20 dollars and get a really nice room at one of the many other options nearby. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE SCUMBAGS STOLE MY MONEY.

This little gem is an exceptional value. Although the rooms are somewhat spartan, considering the price they are extremely adequate. Clean, comfortable and with great management, this is a motel all travelers on a tight budget should seriously consider.

Cheap motel with very friendly staff, clean rooms and the best price in town. Great place to stay. The bed and bedding were way more comfortable than any motel I’ve ever stayed in before. The décor makes it feel more like staying in a cottage than a motel. Would highly recommend this place to any weary traveler heading through Arkansas on I-​40.
