My new roof was done well. Used for a repair on my rental. Used by my son when recommended. In all cases, first class work. All crew members are great to work with.

Failed to respond to a problem in timely matter on a rainy week. I would think urgency is important in the roofing business when its raining. During the inspection major problems were missed. The shingles and felt should be overlaid over the edge of plywood, therefore, covering the plywood, not exposing it. The roof was installed incorrectly, and inspector, Robert Strong, failed to notice that. Three independent roofers came out to give us a quote for repair. All 3, without any tools, could tell right away that the roof was installed incorrectly. Do not hire on the rainy week.
