my service today was a bad experience. this driver didn’t converse with me, no eye contact, sat his equipment on my car. leaned his orange crowbar against my car and knocked it over sliding against my car. didn’t give me a receipt. didn’t act like he knew knew what he was even doing… sloppy

Placer tow was incredibly polite and arrived in short order. Driver Keith kept a spotless truck and took extra care to make sure my harley was tied down correctly. When he dropped me off he went the extra mile and aired up my car tire so I could get where I needed to be! Couldn’t be more happy with the service. Total opposite of stereotypical tow companies.
