As of now it’s 1 star. We will see what they do aft my calls I made to them this after noon about their mistakes… I called from IL in May looking for service for my home in Avon Lake. We were told we could get their highest speed internet service at our home so we set up a date after our vacation. I get a call while on vacation from the company asking if he could come set up service today because he’s there in the area.(5 days early) he also informed me that they couldn’t give us the fastest internet it was actually the slowest because of where we lived. So I cancelled, no problem no mention of fees. Fast forward to today. I’m getting bills in the mail for services we don’t have. The lady on the phone stated we cancelled on the day of installation… Mind you, was not the date we booked we we’re over 500 miles away. And how could this company bill us for services that are not even in our home? Worst company ever.
