R & R Blinds Inc

This review is for my phone conversation with a lady that answered. I need help repairing two window blinds. I said I live in Bristow & what I needed.
1. They do not travel to Bristow but she didn’t say anything about other cities.
2. I would have to detach my blinds & go there in person for them to fix it. She stated their hours are only Mon-​Fri 9a-​2p, although their website says different.
3. She did not make the effort to help me. I had to ask all the questions. She wasn’t very friendly & I feel like she could’ve helped me a little better.
So, I will not be going with this company just because I did not want to go to them. I need someone to come to me because I haven’t the slightest idea on how to detach my blinds. It sounds like a great company if you live more nearby. I got their info from Next Day Blinds.

When my husband and I moved into our house, we were stuck with those cheapy Home Depot/​Lowes blinds. I quickly realized those would never work, as they never seem to open and close correctly or block out the heat from the sun. I decided to upgrade. Many of my friends and family members suggested R&R Blinds. I spoke with the owner and told him what kind of product I was looking for. I could tell he was very knowledgeable, but also was conscientious about staying within my budget. He understood my vision completely and suggested products for the three rooms I was upgrading.
Within a few weeks, the products arrived. They were promptly installed without any issues. In fact, the installer noticed that my windows were not completely level at the top and did extra work to fix it, ensuring that my shades were level. I was so pleased when the owner, Paul, personally called to ask how everything turned out, ensuring I was pleased was pleased with the products and the install job.
After months of having the shades and mini-​blinds in my home, I am still happy with everything. Paul’s suggestions were perfect and have met all of my expectations. I will certainly use this company again for any future upgrades and recommend them to others.

Purchased replacement shutters for a bathroom window. Had several estimates, they were in the middle for price. Went with them, the owner seemed knowledgable and always like to go with a small local shop. Put down a deposit and then 6 weeks or so later I received a call they were in. Scheduled the install.
Then the problems started; first, bringing in the shutters they took out a picture frame from the stairwell that led to a nice chunk taken out from the wall. Next the install was really sloppy, left spackle and a mess behind the frame. Next, one panel of the shutters was damaged. And finally to really kick sand in my face, as they drove off they ran over my lawn and over a sprinkler head, leaving a muddy tire print to finish off there work.
Use them, I think not never again.
After another couple of months all issues have been resolved and I was credited some money back for the problems. In the end I finally was happy.
