I purchased granite from them thinking that because they were a smaller company their prices would be better. This was not true. After making the purchase, their staff was not very responsive to calls and the owner could never be reached. I tried canceling the order and they claimed that the granite had already been cut. When I tried scheduling the installation, they couldn’t find or remember my order. When they installed the granite in my bathroom, they left a dent in the drywall. I will never return to this store again.

Our experience was excellent with Stone Depot. We closed on our house on Thursday the measurements were taken on Friday and the install was done 72 hours later. Mario was very helpful and it was worth the money we spent. We are estatic about the end result.
The only negative thing I have to say is that they dont tell you that you may need to repair the undermount of the counter. We have bar tops in our kitchen and it is really ragged underneath from where they took the old stuff off. I thought that came with the package. Oh well. Ill call tomorrow to see if they can come back out.

We sought out a company that would do quality installation of granite counter tops in our home; Stone Depot was recommended. The installation did not go quite as well as we were led to expect. In summary: scheduling was messed up, demensions were incorrect and installation was far from satisfactory. Bottom line — they took back the stone after ruining two slabs and we received a refund (the refund was the best part of the deal).
