Starbucks

The three stars isn’t because this Starbucks offers bad service or that the coffee isn’t good, it’s just that it’s a bit cramped. The baristas all seemed cool enough though and on point so I wouldn’t mind stopping in again.
It’s just not the place you want to go and lounge in. Like I said, its a bit small but if your just dropping in to grab a coffee and run, then it’s just fine.

This Starbucks has the worst customer service! Rude employees that never smile and act annoyed that they work there and annoyed you are there as well. The location in the target shopping center a few mins away blows this place away! Their employees are always nice, warm and welcoming.

I received a gift card for Christmas to Starbucks and I don’t drink coffee or the new tea they have. I prefer Tazo Tea. Anyways I went in this morning because I heard there Christmas mugs were marked down and I wanted to check it out. I took the time and found one I really liked. It was there busy hour in the morning and I went to the register and they informed me that the mug was not discounted. I had made them aware of there sign showing that red box items where up to 50% off. The item I chose was in a red box. Since it was busy I didn’t fuss or ask to talk to a manager.
I went back later on my lunch break since I work close and was still bothered by the customer service and the sign was not changed. So I went back to the register since there was not a line and ask to talk to a supervisor. I lady approach but didn’t respond with her name or position with the store as professionals do and just said it is not discounted. No apology for the sign being wrong, nothing! Just gave me a blank stare like we’ll do you want the item or not. I wasn’t asking for much. I looked online and the item is even discounted online. But I will not order it online because it’s $ 5.95 for shipping. I understand Starbucks is a huge company and could care less about me but there customer service at this location sucks!

Quaint little coffee shop with few seating, nice decors but not a great café to sit and unwind at. When we came in they were playing Christian songs that ends up with rock, modern, loud music at the end. I was given no other option but to leave. I could have stayed there and order another coffee/​food etc.
Service– Staff should check the restroom instead of wasting time talking about nonsense especially when there’s no customers coming in. There’s no bathroom tissue in the restroom yesterday night. Eekkk!

The staff doesn’t work well under pressure and seem to lose the sense of customer service. Not as good as the startbucks in the towne center up the road. Customer service is king! They need to be reminded.

Such rude employees. They didn’t greet me once, and they were handing out dirty looks left and right. It was obvious they hated their job and did not want to be there nor serve me.

Drive to the one on Los Alamitos Blvd in Target parking lot. Paid for items and couldn’t wait any longer, that money is gone. This Starbucks is terrible. They always have pretty bad service but today I ordered a mobile order and they acted like DMV workers. I have never left a bad review on Unilocal and quite frankly never planned on it, but this time I had no choice. When I get there the guy at the window asks «what else are you waiting for?» I said «I haven’t gotten anything yet I have a mobile order, it’s the one with the double shot…» He then makes the drink terribly with coffee spilling out the side all over my hand, hands it to me… Then I tell him that there is other items. Instead of waiting I chalked it up as a loss and worth knowing that if you have any type of time constraint that this location treats mobile order like it doesn’t exist. Of course the time it would take to get a refund on the items already paid for wouldn’t be worth the time actually spent to do. I will never go here again.

I always come here at around 7 AM before class during the week and of course it’s not crowded at the time, but even when there are a few more customers before me I always walk out with my drink less than 5 minutes after arriving. The baristas are all nice & friendly and I haven’t had to have any drinks remade or anything negative like that. Overall a great starbucks!

Went for a quick coffee date before work this morning and was so excited that Starbucks made it a good experience.
To my surprise there was no one inside and the customer service was quick and friendly.
The lady who took our drink orders was nice enough to ask us our individual names, and the barista did an excellent job. Both of our drinks were delicious, and just what we needed to start the day.

Parking here is not an easy feat. You’re better off parking down the street and walking in. It’s kind of small and cramped inside, so if you’re there to study get there early and claim your spot. Otherwise service is great, drinks are great but nothing out of the ordinary Starbucks experience.

I am not reviewing the layout of this Starbucks or the quality of the coffee that was made. I am reviewing the workers at this Starbucks.
Those workers (the girls) are just laughing at each other’s, putting hand cream on while making coffee, paying no attention to their customer. And that is not the worst case! There was a nice gentleman, who obviously is someone that come over and get coffee all the time (because those girls know his name and greet him nicely in front of him). But once he left, they were making fun of him loudly in front of all other customers. They are making fun about his driving, his car etc. It was a really awful thing for them to do that to their old time customer. Make me think that if I turn my back, they may do the same thing to me!
If you are in the neighborhood and really want to have Starbucks. You are better off driving south on Los alamitos blvd. There is another nice Starbucks inside the mall of target. The workers there were so much more polite and professional.

This Starbucks is the best one I’ve been to. Everyone is nice, they asked the right questions, and served us quickly! 5 stars easily achieved!

This is my local Starbucks the baristas here are always nice and try their hardest no matter how busy they get. You can really tell the difference between the Starbucks here and the one on Cerritos. I think each location has its own morale /​incentives promotions as this one always seems to have the nicest employees

Have you EVER wanted something from a place and could not find one. Well that is just what happened one Easter afternoon.
I’m on my way of my Auntie’s house for an Easter family get together and also going on day two of a Starbucks hankering. So I decide instead of getting off the freeway and then having to try and find an entrance back on to the freeway I’d wait because surly there was a Starbucks RIGHT OFF of a MAJOR freeway exit… RIGHT? WRONG! Why is there NOT a STARBUCKS around my AUNTS HOUSE? There are 6 with in a 1.5 mile radius of my house so I should be able to find one after driving 3 miles. I have had a easier time locating a Starbucks in a foreign country then I was having now. Good Gracious! Thus I was FORCED to WAIT yet again.
Tired after a LONG FUN DAY of laughing, playing games, and of course eating I thought I’d try it once again to see if I could get into a Starbucks before they closed shop and I went by the one near my new housing area and they were OPEN! GOLRY-​BE!
Almost no one was inside which was fine by me. I hopped out and headed in EXCITED that I would finally get my new drink I’ve been wanting to try for 2 days now. I walked right up and ordered my cinnamon dolce with two scoops of macha half soy half water of YUMMY COLD BLENDED GOODNESS! I also got some Thai chicken wraps thing-​a-​ma-​bob for my lunch the next day and to round out my 12^th SB purchase for ANOTHER FREEBIE that will be added to my card! I like to rack on the FREEBIES and hold on to them until just before they expire. WooHoo!!!
I paid and my order was up and ready in no time. I over heard one of the employees say they were about to close in a couple minutes and I was REALLY GLAD I made it in in time. As I was picking up my drink I noticed someone had left a drink on the counter so I mentioned it to the young lady behind the counter. She said it was an extra drink and asked if I wanted it! DO I… REALLY…OF COURSE!
It was some venti, iced coffee with 3 pumps of something and some sweetener. She offered to dump out the ice and suggested I could save it for bfast the next day and just add milk. COOOOOLLLL! I can do that. She was REALLY SWEET!
I grabbed my FREEBIE drink and head back out to my car and headed home. This morning I was VERY HAPPY to have my FREE DRINK on hand and NOT have to go and get something! SOOOOO GREAT not to mention convenient.
We all know Starbucks is probably THE MOST CONSISTANT CHAIN around for the most part. I’m sure there are some that can screw up cup of cold water but this one did it RIGHT! It’s always GREAT when you can walk into a place, place an order and get FRIENDLY, ACCURATE SERVICE! Why can’t other places do the same for all GOODS consumers purchase? Why must it be so difficult to NOT give GREAT SERVICE! Take a page from this STARBUCKS!

The service is always friendly and the coffee are great but their maintenance is a little behind. When I sat down at my table and it was filled with crumbs from the previous customer while they were all behind the counter even though it wasn’t busy at the time. They always have great service and the place is packed but didn’t swipe the tables even tho they had time to do so. So only three for now when past experiences I would of given them a four.

I hate the Layout of this Starbucks… you know… the long rectangular room that is very narrow and all they have is little tiny tables where you feel all cramped…
Plus the parking lot here sucks… I mean it is terrible… super hard to find parking, the stalls are narrow… and many of the spots have a time limit… is def not a relaxing cup o’ Joe…

This Starbucks is on the way to work so I stop here frequently. Yeah there is no drive thru so get over it and get your lazy ass outta your car and walk to get that suggary caffeine fix you need so badly! The service is good. I only order tea so I’m biased w/​wait time because they make it right there at the register for me. The baristas are always friendly and try their best to move the line along. Tip: Wed is late start for the schools so get their before 8 or after 9 to avoid all the children!
