The company I work for has used this service for years and it seems that they are not interested in maintaining our business. They have been less and less willing to work with our accounting needs and just the other day, my colleague called to request additional information about their licensing and bonding. She was told that they don’t remember and we should take their word on the trustworthiness of their drivers. The delivery was cash donations to local charities and it was a reasonable question to ask ‘just in case’. The «customer service agent» was not only rude, but told her that she can look for another service if we can’t trust them and proceeded to hang up on her. I believe we’ll take them up on their offer… and find a new service.

Always friendly, great customer service, reasonable prices and on time. They have never let me down.
