Found two Christmas gifts with minimal effort. I was helped by a tallish lady with dark hair, there was no pressure to buy and she knew the products inside and out. Did not have a chance to see all of the merchandize but I will head back for Valentine’s Day.

If you’re going to try to tell me how much something costs at Neiman Marcus, you better have your facts straight.
I’m not an idiot and please don’t imagine your customers are there to simply waste your time.
I’m very put off and even though I am in town a few times a week, I won’t be stopping by again.

In on a weekend and we were browsing as it was our 1st time. We were almost suddenly joined at the hip by a pushy red haired sales lady. Showing us everything from shoes, hanbags and jewellery in different rooms she said were for vips .She kept pushing me to try the items on even though they were not my style and she brought a small 14k gold ring over and kept insisting I try it and I said no thanks and proceeds to my husband to ask him how he liked it. Really, the ring was not attractive imho and therefore not my style. Very desparate and pushy.

We went into the store during the Los Altos arts and Wine Festival. While waiting to look at some items we heard and observed one of the salesperson’s misrepresenting a gold coin that she were trying to sell. Over and over again the woman stated that the coin was uncirculated and investment quality. When I interjected that the coin was not uncirculated and simply fine to, perhaps, extra fine she changed her tune and pointed out scratches on the front and back.
My wife said she would not buy a used car from the shop, and I totally agree. Too bad I can’t give negative stars. Dark Matter perhaps?
