I really like the person who have helped me here. She is very professional she has knowledge to guide customers about fabrics and the cuts. She is patient to my needs.
The store location is a 5 star, many beautiful collections, very bright room, big mirror for me to see the details of the dress. I loved it here. Jin wang does a great job in selecting the most amazing designers like Carolina Herrera, Marchesa, Reem Acra & more! Stunning atelier! Must visit both stores in San Francisco & Silicon Valley (Los Altos).

When I started my dress expedition (yes, it really is an expedition), I knew I wanted to visit Jin Wang. And to my delight, she opened a salon on this side of the Bay! My first visit with her was in December, shortly after her opening. The high ceiling and mirrors speak to my heart, and the collection of gowns she has in Los Altos is like a dream. We ended up spending over 2 hours with Jin and Sarah, trying to narrow down a silhouette for my stick figure body. It was so much fun, Jin is very passionate about her job and industry, and it shows in how excited she gets talking about the gowns. We geeked out together over the pleating on a few Carolina Herrera gowns, and exquisite beading on the Reem Acra dresses. I left Los Altos that day with one Carolina Herrera dress in mind. And I would not stop thinking about it for days.
Fast forward to a month later, and I find out about the Carolina Herrera trunk show. I spring at the opportunity to book another appointment, having been thinking non-​stop about THE dress. I had even more fun at my second appointment because Jin helped me buy the dress of a lifetime. She’s patient, thorough, and so personable. Jin is extremely passionate about what she does, and explains every step of the process and did a ton of measurements. I trust her and her team with everything, and am so excited to continue working with her!!! =)

Shopping for a wedding gown was not high on my list of exciting «to-do’s» but my experience at Jin Wang changed all of that. Jin Wang was the last of four bridal boutiques I visited, and it was simply the best. Everything from their gown selection to their stylists, not to mention their gorgeous boutique space, trumped all else, even my inherent dislike of shopping for any kind of dress, never mind a wedding gown! My stylist, Lily Chen, was incredibly helpful and has a fantastic eye for what would suit you. Jin herself fitted and designed my dress to look even more beautiful than I ever imagined. I couldn’t have asked for a more chic, elegant, and talented designer. Although the boutique is quite popular, I always received such individualized attention. For brides who want professional yet personal service and an amazing and fun experience, look nowhere else than Jin Wang.

Jin Wang is a new bridal boutique on State Street in downtown Los Altos. It looks amazing from the outside in, and beautiful and spacious inside, with great selection of wedding dresses and accessories. They had a recent Reem Acra trunk show, so I imagine they would have trunk shows periodically. If you’re looking for your wedding dress, I would highly recommend checking this place out.

My experience at Jin Wang, and with Jin Wang the owner, was absolutely wonderful, really couldn’t be better. I went for their Reem Acra trunk show and bought the most perfect dress. Just to give you an idea of the kind of personal attention you’ll get, my appointment was a 45 minute appointment, and I was there for 3 hours with the designer, her seamstress, Reem Acra’s representative, and one of the consultants there (who clearly had a background in fashion design and was absolutely amazing). They were so patient, and really have a discerning eye, they really didn’t bring me any dresses that were not perfect for my body type. They really helped in the decision making process in breaking down pros and cons of different dresses, and really giving you honest opinions. They have a great selection, and varying price points. I haven’t gotten my dress yet but I know that it will fit pretty much perfectly, because Jin measures basically every inch of your body to make sure that it will. I’m so excited for my first fitting!
