Just For You Florist

I was in search of a reputable and reliable Los Altos florist. My online search results lead me to Just for You Florist and another shop.
My first call with another Los Altos florist (name starts with a D on Main Street) was disappointing. The staff at this florist shop were short, rude and should not be in a customer service industry. In the few minutes I spoke with this man I realized my time, order and needs would be better addressed by another florist. This lead me to call Just for Your Florist.
Carol was warm and friendly. She handled my order in a professional, thoughtful and caring manner. I am grateful I came across Just for Your Florist.

They are super nice. We had to quickly get a nice flower for a birthday and they were so friendly and helped me and my little one pick out and create a beautiful bouquet. So friendly.

I cannot say how wonderful ‘Just for you Florist’ is… Jeff is fabulous with the arrangements he creates, they are truly work of art. When ever I go into the shop Randy greets me with something that always makes me laugh and is always willing to make sure I leave with a smile! I also love the fact that they have «Mom» there working the phones in between the almost 500 scarfs she has knitted this year for our troops overseas.
This family owned business in silicon valley is treasure! I will always purchase my floral arrangements with them.

One of the rudest people I have ever met in a service business. There are many other florists to choose from, and I would certainly never use this place ever again.

I love this place. They have saved my butt several times. Always get great compliments on the arrangements and they are very flexible to you your budget.
These guys are my go to’s for flowers.

We ordered some flowers for a lady friend at our company as a get well soon gift after her operation. We called, placed the order and she got her flowers within two hours! I didn’t see them but she said they were extra beautiful. She said this several times so they must have been good. I figured I’d do a Unilocal review and let the shop know how happy they made our friend and they are doing a good job.

We’ve been using Just for You Florists in Los Altos, Rancho Shopping Center for years and years to send flowers to family members.
They are always the best, freshest, most cheerful arrangements that last even three weeks or more.
I highly recommend them.

The people who work here are very rude, and their flowers are overpriced and poor quality.
I avoid this place, but when I had to go in and pick up my little sisters corsage for her prom, they were very rude and made me wait 20 minutes for a way too small corsage, for $ 15!!! Nakayama is so much better.

When I first called the older gentleman was very pleasant, creative and helpful. However, he promised my flowers would be delivered that same day around 3 pm. When I called my family (hoping they received this very important sentimental arrangement) at 5:30 pm they said nothing had arrived. I called the company who had closed and left an angry message asking why they didn’t call me if they couldn’t deliver it on time? The next morning I called again and the gentleman yelled that no one answered the gate and I should have been more kind and patient. I said «Why didn’t you call my phone then to tell me the delivery failed? You didn’t even call me» He then cursed at me, told me «GO TO HELL!!!» and hung up on me. I called back to try and salvage and get my flowers delivered «It’s tough times right now. Why lose a customer?» He yelled again «You’re a raving crazy woman. I’ll credit your card. GO TO HELL!!!» and hung up on me again. I will NEVER EVER order from this company again. I work in customer service and even if you are angry at your customer for being angry you have no right to hang up on them or yell at them. Side Note: My mother never left the house that day and she said no one rung the bell.

I had Just For You Florist prepare a vase of Lilies for me, based on their web-​site. The arrangement came back looking far better than even the excellent arrangement shown on the web-​site. The flowers were healthy and adorned with other beautiful compliments that enhanced the overall appearance.
The staff was knowledgeable and personable, and the flowers were done on time. Overall an excellent value — Highly Recommended.

You definitely DO NOT get what you paid for in the quality of these flowers. I ordered the pink promise spray arrangement for my in-law’s funeral. The image online was so lovely and perfect for what my husband and i were looking for but to our disappointment, the arrangement that was delivered to the funeral was nothing like the one we saw on the website. For a pink-​themed floral arrangement, there were few pink flowers included, it was mostly fillers that were wilted and dry. Worst of all, my husband and I were very embarassed to be associated with these flowers, especially how it looked next to all the beautiful arrangements surrounding it. It was embarassing to have to admit to family members that this crappy arrangement was from me. I give this place 1 star for timely delivery. They definitely need to improve the quality of their flowers or else they’re overcharging and need to reduce their prices.

The guys and dolls at Just For You are knowledgeable and friendly. They really know their stuff when it comes to flowers and I go to them for special occasions as well as to ask my silly questions. This family-​owned business is efficient from taking your order by phone, internet, or in person to arrangements to delivery. Their arrangements are a little pricey, but you get what you pay for in quality of flowers, attention to detail, and great customer service.
