Terrible Cappuccino… I think their espresso machine is not calibrated or the quality of their coffee is bad!

Must be hard competing with Starbucks just a few doors down so I chose to get coffee here instead. After ordering my coffee, the cashier told me they have a $ 10 credit card limit. Unfortunately, I had no cash so they lost a customer and I had to go to Starbucks.

The worst. Do not waste your time. Terrible service bad coffee not worth the gas it takes to drive there

I stopped by here after a doctor’s appointment, and I’m glad that I found this«hole in the wall.» It’s a small, quaint bakery, with a friendly vibe. There’s still plenty of seating, and their free WiFi is a huge plus. I could sit there with my laptop and work on projects comfortably. Their pastries are fresh baked and the coffee is so aromatic. I could come here frequently for breakfast, if I had the free time to do so. It will be nice to come by here whenever I want to nosh on some snacks after an appointment, since this bakery is conveniently located to tons of nearby health professional facilities.

A mediocre place with over rated prices. Stopped by a couple times and defiantly not that great. Could have made a better breakfast sandwich at home and coffee was ehhhhh.

My dad and I got sandwiches here. Everyone was super nice but the place is run down so it’s weird that it’s in Los altos. The sandwiches felt like they were made w cheap materials– cheap turkey, cheap ice berg lettuce. The bathroom had a dirty Hoover and was generally scary to be in. Can’t say that we re going to be coming back.

I can’t review the food since the man behind the counter today never looked up from his cell phone to take my order or even acknowledge my presence. After a very uncomfortable amount of time, I walked out. I believe in supporting local business, but I won’t ever walk in there again.

Delicious Food, great local place. Owners are very nice. They even cater some of our events both Business and at home. Very good

Sorry to say this is way overpriced. Chicken salad sandwich looked like a half sandwich with one tiny tomato and a leaf of lettuce. Not even a napkin put in the bag. No friendliness no conversation… Won’t be back. So many better options and better quality elsewhere.

Ive passed this place so many times ive lost count. When i lived closer id shop at the. Andronico’s weekly. Just never set foot in. After breakfast down the way i felt like a pastry for later. The cherry tart looked good so i got it to go. Place is fairly empty except for a couple sitting on the nice patio area. Pretty decent pastry from a decent local mom&pop.

The coffee here tastes awful. The pastries are hit or miss. The customer service is horrendous. i have given them several chances but they treat you like they are doing you a favor when you go in to order something. I can’t understand the good reviews here. The main street bagel shop a couple of doors down is wonderful.

The egg salad sandwich on a croissant is good. The coffee and pastries are above average. For the most part I’ve had a decent meal there and except for one employee who comes off as unfriendly, the rest of the bunch is fine. Recently, what I didn’t like was seeing one of the employees wipe off a plate with rag they use to clean the counter. That was gross and unsanitary. It is such a turn off that I am not going to eat there again.

I’ve tried this place twice. I like their quick, «home-style» sandwiches. Baked goods were only OK and a little over-priced, in my opinion. Girl at the counter was not particularly friendly either time.

People say that the chocolate chewy cookie is «the best cookie in Los Altos», so I had to check it out: But it’s just meh. Also: I tried the princess cake: very good. Great flavor. The inside is a little too sweet/rich(too much frosting between layers), but the marzipan coating is nice and firm. But still, it’s not quite as good as the princess cake at Bijan Bakery in San Jose:

We grabbed coffee here and a pastry when looking for a new place to have breakfast in the area. It was nice enough. My ham and cheese croissant was good but the atmosphere was just ok. I would stop again if I was in the area, but wouldn’t go out of my way.

What attracted me to this bakery was the structure of the building! It is very unique. I was also looking for a sandwich that was quick and simple but also taste good and guess what they had that here! I got to try the turkey on sourdough and tuna on sourdough. The turkey sandwich was good. It came out with nice press marks and wasn’t too dry. There were fresh veggies in it which made the sandwich even better! I liked it better than the tuna. The tuna was okay. Also got a cookie and that was good and chewy! loved it!(chocolate chewy cookie) It has a good location and you can spot the place very easily. Lots of parking spaces and when its nice out eating outside is always nice. The place has many windows too! so the sun comes in and makes it bright and refreshing.

This bakery is 5 mins from my work so I’ve been able to try their salads, sandwiches, and cookies for lunch. Overall I would say the food isn’t bad. I believe the bread is freshly baked so it adds a nice touch to their sandwiches. The meats and vegetables in the sandwiches are standard(I tried the turkey avocado and grilled vegetable sandwiches). I got a pumpkin butter cookie for Halloween, and it wasn’t very exciting. However, their chocolate crinkle cookies are good and remind me of a brownie and cookie combined into one! Free wifi and plenty of parking available in the shopping center.

Turkey sandwiches plus a root beer was 8ish. Kind of pricey for the amount of food but the sandwich was tasty. Pretty spacious location with lots of seating. The person who took my order wasn’t very friendly but maybe it was because she had just finished dealing with a large family with screaming kids. I say come here for the unique root beers. They have several types of bottled root beers.

Bakery with a mixed variety of goods to choose from. I had their BLT which they did a good job on preparing and tried some of their cookies. Great ice tea and relaxing place to stop for lunch.

I’ve been going here for years just because in my opinion they have the best bagels around. And for some reason, their coffee is perfect(I always get the Colombian and fill up a small cup about ½ to ¾ths, then fill the rest with hot water because coffee affects me a lot). It’s not something special, it’s not overpriced, it’s simple and exactly what I want for breakfast. Plus there is always a calm atmosphere in which you can either have a nice chat with a friend or get some work done. I think I once had their croissant and that was great too. I can’t comment on any of the other food but I don’t trust those other commenters who had one time bad experiences. Just today the guy who works there recognized me and we had a small chat, and I figured I should give them a review on here just because now I feel like a regular.
