I can’t recommend Mike strongly enough. Despite it being my first time on the market for a home, he was always patient, helpful, and enthusiastic in the search. He listened to all of my priorities and helped me to sort out important points that I didn’t even realize I should pay attention to. He was also very attentive and available to make things happen: had he not mentioned other clients from time to time, I would never have known he was busy.
The process for the final purchase went very smoothly as well with paperwork, inspections, and other diligence all taken care of. Even following the sale, he continued to help out as I transitioned in. I would absolutely recommend Mike for anyone looking in the area.

When the actual search began, Mike carefully listened to my needs and criteria. He always seemed cognizant of the few things that were most important to me such as safe neighborhood, low noise levels and low HOA. Mike offered valuable advice whenever I asked and constantly sent me relevant listings. We went through a few short sale offers and two bank-​owned REO and Mike did his best to navigate through the difficult processes.
