Rusty is a fantastic realtor. He is thorough, professional, and was as invested in us finding the place of our dreams as we were! He takes his job very seriously and my husband and I trusted him with every detail. As first time buyers he was very patient with explaining everything about each step of the process to us (sometimes multiple times!). We will absolutely be buying and selling with him again in the future and I strongly recommend him. You are missing out if you don’t choose to work with him! He is a very dedicated, hard worker and you would be lucky to have him representing you!

Yesterday my home was sold and I could not be happier! I have to give a huge thank you to Roberto Ruiz, who helped my ex husband and I sell our property. Roberto was an advocate to both my ex and I, as he was fair, informative, and professional. He went so far above and beyond for us, I’ll be forever grateful. As my ex and I don’t talk, Roberto did all of the explaining twice. He worked with the buyers and our title company, working out all the kinks along the way (and unfortunately there were many!). I had no idea selling a home would be so cumbersome, and Roberto took care of every last bit of our sale. For anyone looking to purchase a new home, or sell a home, I highly highly recommend Roberto as a realtor.

Rusty handled the short sale of our home professionally and explained each step that needed to happen in order for us to sell in a quick & timely manner. He dealt directly with our Mortgage company for us, which minimized our involvement in the extremely stressful time. I highly recommend him whether selling or buying a home.

Rusty worked with us to purchase our first home. He was exceptional. He worked around our schedule to show us homes, he didn’t speak in real estate jargon, he explained EVERYTHING very clearly so we knew exactly what we were getting ourselves into. He was so flexible with our schedule that he even came to my work one day to get us paperwork! Overall, Rusty is the man; he does what it takes to make his clients happy.

My boyfriend and I were referred to Rusty by a family friend. From the first time we met Rusty, up to today, Rusty is always amazing, supportive and understanding. We were first time homebuyers, which meant we had NO idea what to expect, and Rusty explained everything in detail with much patience. He listened to our needs and wants and took us to see A LOT of places before we finally decided on one. He was great, and we will definietly be using Rusty when it comes time to buy our next place!

Rusty work with us to sell our house in the dreaded lull of the 2009 market and I don’t think we would have had success without him. He was quick and efficient in all areas and was also able to recover from a initial fall through loan approval on the first buyer. His advice as to pricing and listing worked. He was always prompt with all paperwork and there were no mixups during the process from the selling end. Highly recommended!

Rusty is such a great guy. Easy to get along with and a hard worker. He doesn’t rush you into decisions, but he gets to know you and then helps you make decisions that would be best for you. Rusty is very fast to get to back to with the answers to your questions or if you want to see a house. He has made this process a million times easier on my wife and I.
