SF CARPET CLEANING

I scheduled a cleaning with this company and they never showed up. Called and left messages multiple times but no one ever answered or responded. I took the day off of work and cleaned up the place just to be sitting around all day waiting on them. Don’t waste your time or money.

I have scheduled for carpet cleaning last Sunday and waited at home for 3 hours and no one came. I called but no one picked up the phone. I understand it is a Sunday so I decided to call the next day. On Monday, I called again and politely asked what happened that maybe we have mixed up the schedule. Lady said she will contact the cleaner to see what happened and will call me back. I never got a call back. Today (Tuesday) I called again and politely asked again what happened, I did not received a call and what should I do now. Do I set up an appointment again or what do I do. Lady said «hold on, I’ll see what happened» then she hang up. I thought «oh maybe we just got disconnected». I called again 5x and no one picked up.
Bad business model!

I just purchased a new apartment and the carpets were DISGUSTING! A local realtor recommend me to use Bay Dry Carpet and I thank her for her suggestion. I will definitely use them again when I need my carpets done in 6 months or so.

I hired this guys to clean my carpet, after they clean it all stains came out and was looking as new, DMYTRO gave me a really good price and was easy to deal with, great reasonable job i can suggest him if you are going to need the service. He did a wonderful, reasonable and quality job .
Right expert when you need it on time. GOOD luck on using the service.
