Ordered Turkey Burger — good, I’ve had better, nice size patty though. Biggest upset– takes 15 – 20 minutes? Really!!! Do they not realize we’re in an airport!!! Luckily we had 45 min til boarding. Instead of fries I had a salad, which was mostly wilted so I put the good pieces that weren’t in my burger and called it a day. The actual turkey burger was quite good and very juicy!!! Would def get fries next time tho.

Expensive, no flavor. 2 stars for portions. Amazing that every airport has removed the familiar chains for fancy over priced trendy food. 8 oz Burger is just that. Presentation and marketing look great, food is bland and over priced. Skip it. Get a $ 4 bag of chips or a $ 3 candy bar, and wait for a drive through.

Not as crowded as other places here at AA. Expensive and lacking service.

The Service: one cashier. and few seating stools next to the counter. The Food: burgers between $ 13 – 15. A little bit pricey for fastfood.

Stupidly expensive. If it weren’t that they were expensive, the tables being filthy, and no napkins, I would have rated this place higher. Decent burger, but the place was a mess. Seek another place.

OMG! What has happened to Govind’s restaurants? I used to be a loyal patron, but given my experience tonight, I am DONE, DONE, and DONE. He has always had some element of his restaurants that I could overlook, but not any more the customer ahead of me asked for a cheeseburger with avocado. The cashier said they couldn’t do that but they could make him a cheeseburger and add avocado for $ 2 Like, what’s the difference? I had a different cashier and ordered the Poutine(French fries covered with gravy and cheese curds) without gravy. The cashier said they were out of that. I asked incredulously if they were out of fries and they said unhelpfully no. I replied, «Then can I have fries?» She offered no help with my order. You would think they’d want to sell you something! Btw, my fiancé left me in line with one person ahead of me and went to Kogi, where there were 6 people ahead of him and he placed his order before I placed mine at 8 oz. The fries ended up being not hand cut as advertised and seriously undercooked and soggy. Couldn’t eat them and threw them away. Go somewhere else.

Even by airport standards, this is not a good place. Overpriced, food isn’t what it claims to be. French fries were frozen, burgers were unimpressive and overpriced. Worse yet is the lack of service. Cashiers are terribly slow and don’t know the menu. The person wrapping things to go did a sloppy job and could not figure out how to wrap a burger(aluminum foil, duh. Stay away. You might have to because the wait is so long. Go to Kogi instead.

Sadly mediocre burger, typical for the airport I suppose. Their technique for reheating previously cooked meat needs improvement. Patty was dry, bacon was lukewarm and tough. On the plus side, it’ll make a turd.

Food was ok once we finally got it– seriously, 37 minutes for a burger and unsalted fries? Must’ve come at shift Change because female cook literally stopped Cooking and slowly cleaned off the grill while 10+ people waited for their meals. Wasn’t until new cook arrived and started cooking that we started getting served. Would’ve been worth the money had the service been better. Good thing we weren’t in a hurry.

Please note — there is a wait and the prices are a little higher but i think the food is pretty good. I choose to get a BLT(which u can’t go wrong with that) which came with a side of fries; everything seemed fresh and nice/hot. I killed that mean quickly! Lol! Yes there are a ton of places to try but didn’t feel like waiting to be services and this seemed a little quickier due the fact a lot of people were around which is a good sign. Happy Eating!!!

Don’t give in and eat here. You’ll end up frustrated by: –how much money you spent for what you got –how long it took for them to get your food out(you should have at least 20 minutes to kick around before you need to board if you come here) –how awful the burger is Honestly, you’d get a better burger going to the vegan place next door. I watched them prep my «grass fed» burger – the patties are pre-cooked and then warmed up on the grill top. That means your burger will be cooked to and through oblivion. I’ve tried this place twice hoping the first time was a fluke. Sadly, no. Kogi can’t get to LAX fast enough. Avoid this place. You’re better off going ANYWHERE else.

Accessibility(Parking /Wait Time) 0⁄1 Star: need to be in the airport to get here. 5 minute wait to order than 25 more minutes to pick up food. _____ Service(Waiter /Cleanness /Ambiance) 0⁄1 Star: fast food style. Loud obnoxious lady yelling at cooks to work faster. Dirty. Cramp. Long waits. _____ Taste(0=Not Edible /1=Edible /2=Good(average) /3=Must Try!) 1⁄3 Stars: the burger was very dry and tasteless but it was edible if you’re hungry. The fries are not edible. The fries were like freezer burned and then cooked in a way to make then dryer than baby powder. _____ Overall Experience 1⁄5 Stars _____ Last Words Every minute I was there I hated the loud obnoxious lady barking orders more and more. Poor chefs…

$ 12.50 for a burger sounded like a lot but it was fully loaded with bacon and cheese and — as the name says — 8 oz of beef. Very tasty! Large portion of fries that were tasty but not crispy. Also, at this price point would have loved it if we could have specified how well done we wanted but they came medium. Good value for airport meal. Would come back again.

Variety of hot sandwiches including their namesake, the 8oz burger. All sandwiches come with fries. Don’t stop here unless you have a long layover. My meal took over 20 minutes from order to delivery. The restaurant was filthy with scraps of food on the floor in several places. All this with inflated airport prices. Net: eat before you fly or wait until you get to your destination.

Terrible service. Mediocre food. I was made to wait for 15 minutes for a breakfast egg sandwich while 2 behind me who ordered the same item got their sandwich before me. When I asked them why this happened, the woman just mumbled unintelligibly back and hurriedly got my sandwich.

I really liked this place. I love that they have grass fed beef and I ordered the grass fed burger. It was delicious, the bacon maybe a little too well done but I could’ve ordered it medium and they default to well. the bacon was perfectly cooked and a great thick piece. The fries were just ok. A little tough but they tasted like real fries(like in-n-out) which I don’t love either.

I had an excellent breakfast sandwich there not an hour ago, and I couldn’t be happier that this spot is open. If it is true that this is what replaced that godforsaken Burger King then all the better. I watched an East Coast-type bark at the poor cashier this morning about how they need to speed up the process. To that sour, miserable mental midget and to anyone else complaining about the wait I would encourage you to look at the size of the cooking area. Kind of a small space, eh? Then I would suggest you take a gander at how many people are ordering. Kind of a lot, huh? Ok, now put two and two together and what do you get? THAT’S RIGHT! A delay! Now eat your food and go back to New York. Loser.

With the opening of many specialty food shops such as Real food daily, Campanile, and soon to be Kogi, T4 has a lot of options for your travel — DONOT have 8 oz. burger bar be one of them. Lazy service, cold and old food, there is nothing positive I can say about the $ 15.00 cold burger I purchased. Bring back McDonalds.
