I’ve been going to Tele-​Tech for quite a few years, and have sent many friends there as well. I’ve also tried a number of other nearby computer repair places in WLA, and they’re all crooks in one way or another. Fred Navi, the owner, is scrupulously honest and charges a very fair price for the great work his store does. If you’re looking for a great deal on a used PC or Mac, Fred is the guy to see, and he always stands behind what he sells or repairs. Fred also happens to be a pretty nice guy, and very easy to deal with.

Fred is great!
Had a 2011 Mac powerbook hard drive crash on me and like a fool I hadn’t backed up in a while — lots of photos and lectures lost. Apple store was unable to recover any and just offered to replace the HD. Not only was Fred able to recover all of my data but he put in a larger HD for at least 20% less than competitors prices and service was within 2 days.
