Our samsung refrigerator started to act up. We called this company and they said they could come within the day, they informed me that it was a busy day but for sure the repair guy would come.
Our service man is «vito» he was nice and he checked the refrigerator and cleaned the fan. He explained to me that it’s a temporary fix and he needs to come back to replace the «limiter» or it would get stucked up again. He came back the next day with parts. Once he opened the fan assembly, he showed me that ice reform on the gan assembly and started to fix everything. He also cleaned the drain to the evaporator to make sure it will not happened again… all in all, I can’t complained. He did everything hw was supposed to do and more. I would be a repeat customer in the future. Thank you
