These guys aren’t in Granada hills but rather they are on Brand at the Mission Hills/San Fernando border. In my opinion, this place preys on the handicapped. It is very difficult to find mobility equipment, especially if you are impaired. This places prices are ridiculous,($ 150.00 per hour for labor and high prices on parts). Of course they make this seem lower by posting a labor charge of $ 35.00… read the fine print… It’s $ 35.00 per QUARTER hour(15 minutes). They pretend that all of their work is «specialty», it isn’t. To install a lift on a vehicle can be done by ANY mechanic. Wiring can be done at ANY stereo shop and most mechanics.(Most lifts are 2 or three wire installations, not exactly rocket science) These guys seem to know, if your sitting in front of them in a wheelchair, you aren’t likely to be able to easily go someplace else to get something installed. They have you bent over the proverbial barrel. The best way to protect yourself from a high-priced operation run by a guy(Harold) who has an immensely over-inflated sense of «expertise»(aka high-pressure-sales techniques because you’re an idiot and he knows everything) is to avoid this place like the plague. Even if this place is more convenient(which it really isn’t) it is well worth the savings in time, money and aggravation to go someplace else.
