Aether Apparel

I went to Aether because I was in the market for a Boosted Board, which is an electric motorized longboard I’d been wanting for a long time.
I thought the Boosted brand only sold through their website, which was a little sketchy since it is such a HUGE purchase (price-​wise). I desperately wanted to get my hands on it in person before I made the investment.
Then I came across a tab on Boosted’s website that showed their authorized retailers, where any prospective customer could go, in-​person, to test ride a board and buy. Aether was the closest in store.
I raced out of the house and headed down to Aether to check it out.
Their customer service was out-​of-​this-​world great!!! They answered every single one of my questions regarding the Boosted Board with happiness, including tricky questions about water damage and warranty issues. To top it off, they let me ride the board all around the store and on the street too. I really got a good feel for how the board worked and whether or not it was worth the investment. Thank you Aether, I owe you guys!
On a side note, the store itself is beautiful! Clean, minimalistic aesthetic, with an array of awesome coffee-​table books as well as the shell of a classic motorcycle. The clothes were beautiful too, if not a little too expensive for my price range. If you’re into skiing, snowboarding, or riding a motorcycle, their apparel is the way to go.

High quality clothes & Great customer service! My husband took me here for the 1^st time to get him a winter jacket for his Christmas gift. My first impression was high quality rugged/​practical clothes. Hubby found a super cool LA winter jacket and I ended up buying a little something for myself.
Alex was so patient with my indecisive husband, she showed him many styles and sizes. He finally found the perfect jacket. Alex and the other gals are by far the best in customer service & satisfaction!
Going a little over and beyond for us has really made a huge impression and has made us loyal customers!
